Been going in here since day 1.
4 staff members who owned the place.
Website was easy to use,loads of stock etc.
website changed and went more app based which was a massive mistake.
Never see the previous owners in there anymore.
Stock level has shrunk by around 70%.
Now different staff in every time.
Waiting for the closing down sale because that’s what it feels like.

Great little shop went in for some alcantara cleaner and came out with near enough 100 quids worth, like a kid in a sweet shop. The guys are very knowledgeable on each product, using the dilution ratios and my wheel, leathers and door trims are looking fresh again, not to mention their elegance blast can would highly recommend

First visit today..

The staff are incredibly passionate about their work! They were very knowledgeable- you can just tell that detailing is not just a job for them. Julian took me through how to use each and every product and explained why some products fitted my needs better than others. Can't recommend these guys enough. Will be back for sure.

Always helpful whenever you go in with plenty of choice. Even better now they have built the upstairs.

Not open as detailed on social media. Face book and instagram advise the store is open from 10am, however it clearly isn’t. Tried to contact by phone and social media but No answer.

Awesome company who go the extra mile, got myself an amazing AVA P55 after Simons recommendation, absolutely over the moon and the lads their are so helpful, not pushy salesman. I also downloaded their app and order online which is super helpful as I can't always get in. Just saw a negative review because a guy couldn't get a VAT reciept? That's weird as the website sent me an invoice with VAT on when I ordered which is also very useful, love MACS, best detailing company I have ever used.

The entire team at MACS always go the extra mile and it's a real pleasure to do business with them. Their attention to detail when it comes to customer service and product knowledge is second to none. I used to buy most of my products online but not anymore, they're also open all weekend which is greatly appreciated.

Great service on a product that wasn’t easy to get in the UK.

Mac's service is excellent and a very reasonable price. Haven't yet tried the product so unable to review it. But would highly recommend Mac's to anyone who wants to add a bit of extra sparkle to their car. 10/10..

Great place, really knowledgeable staff and happy to help you decide what you need which is good if your not sure what’s what as they have a HUGE range of products. Car washing will never be the same again!!
