They send a wrong keyboard and to send it back they expect me to pay for the return label (I missed the first labels end date due to personal reasons).

Got an Apple MacBook Air (M3, 13.6) from them. I’m pretty satisfied. The order took 3 weeks because it was custom, so the same procedure as ordering from Apple sadly, nothing to do there it’s not in their control. Otherwise customer service was really responsive, I got it with a student discount and after I have ordered I saw that they reduced the price even more and emailed them about it and they immediately refunded the difference in hours. So I can only recommend.

I bought a MacBook Air M1 in December 2021. As already in the headline mentioned, top offer, good insurance on top and very fast (Ordered it the 27th 10pm, got it the 29th 9am - probably I was very lucky, but in fact, I have really nothing to complain about!).

Great store with fast delivery, even faster than by Apple. I´ve ordered the new MacBook pro 2021 and received it 10 days after, even though by Apple and in all the other trustful stores it´s still 3-4 weeks waiting times. Machines are well described and condition is accurate (see below). Prices are higher than other sources. I did order a laptop in excellent condition, but it arrived with a poor OS installation and a non-operational camera. I did get a refund, but I wanted the machine. It was an inconvenience.

Very good and responsive customer service. They speak English. You can order a Mac with US QWERTY keyboard - no problem. If you customize your Mac, it may take some time for it to arrive (around 2 weeks), but everything is intact. I'm very satisfied.

I ordered a new macbook air 2018 with the request of an English keyboard. The customer service staff told me that it would be delivered within 5 weeks. To my surprise it came in 2 weeks, much earlier than expect. The customer service was very helpful and gave immediate response to my request. Everything went well with my order. The price was attractive and it also came with 36 months mactrade extended warranty. :)
