easy to find compatible products for my Mac - lighting fast 'standard delivery' - will buy again!

Sent my painfully slow Mac Mini Late 2012 for an upgrade to SSD, including the drive cloned. Sent on Monday, returned on Friday. All singing and dancing and super fast. A speedy service and can well recommend.

Super fast delivery. Excellent communications. MacBook Air battery very easy to fit. Instructions detailed - but not too detailed! - and easy to follow. And … everything works exactly as it should. All highly recommended.

Upgraded the storage on my laptop by replacing the entire card and bought the screwdriver to open the laptop. I followed the very clear instructions for doing thus online but ran into a problem where I didn’t have the right screwdriver to remove the old card. I called the service department for advice and was told exactly what I needed and the best way to save and restore my system. It all worked perfectly and the laptop is now as good as new. Delighted.

I was guided by Apple to buy RAM but as a relative novice I wasn't sure whether I was buying the right product. MacUpgrades asked for additional information to check that my order was appropriate. This gave me confidence to place the order. It came quickly and was easy to install. It has made a huge difference to the performance of my 2015 Mac.

Replacement battery for mid 2010 MBP. Arrived on time. Had a look at online video for guidance, sadly didn't really help. New battery has power ribbon glued all along bottom of battery all the way to the block connector. To fit battery you have to VERY carefully pull away a section of the ribbon to enable you to tilt the battery enough so it fits. All the time knowing one false move and the ribbon could be damaged rendering the battery useless. The online video shows ribbon loose enough to connect, no mention of this. Poor ....
