Excellent customer service
A good range of items and prices are reasonable. Delivery options are not as good as some of their competitors, and the delivery drivers do not seem as professional. However it is rare to experience problems. Though when there have been issues with deliveries or damaged items, customer service is quick to resolve the issue and help out.
Delivery fees are a little high for our area, but this is helped by Coop's discount on delivery after a certain amount is purchased. However it means that we only use them for large shopping and not on a regular weekly basis.
