I purchase a Stilth Kombi system. The price offered was the very best I could find. The handover and demonstration of the products was also excellent. The system was ready for collection as promised the day after my order was placed. I had to travel about 50 miles for collection but it was certainly well worth the drive.

The title says it all (almost!).
Simple to order. Couldn't ask for a faster delivery. And ... by far the cheapest price I could find anywhere on the Internet saving me £172.50!! - Husqvarna's RRP was £570 and Mad4Mowers was £397.50 and FREE delivery.

Fantastic service very fast and very reasonably priced

Between Mad4Mowers and UPS they got my address all wrong, resulting in a failure to deliver on the first occasion (the Wednesday having placed the order on the Monday. Having then phoned UPS (who's call answering system is shockingly poor), I was told a rescheduled delivery was due on the Friday. No delivery happened, so yet another call to UPS. Was then told delivery would be on the Monday, to then be informed delivery was attempted but access to the property was restricted (the gate was open, so I suspect they couldn't be bothered trying to deliver). I was then told that the item had been left at a shop a mile or so away for me to collect, despite paying for home delivery. All very poor, no apology from UPS, and next to no help or customer care from Mad4Mowers. With hindsight, I should have bought the item in person from my local supplier, who would have matched the Mad4Mowers price (seems they all have margin in the pricing to do this).

I bought streamer and glove set because my little boy is very keen on mowers and wanted a real life one and this was so near to real life he loved it it made his day , week, year I thankyou so much

An excellent product with very satisfactory service from the suppliers.
They are based in Sheffield and gave typically good service from the good people of "steel city"
