This product is amazing! I love the Rose scent it lasts from orning into the night. My only problem with this order was it came in a broken box which I am sure happened while it was being shipped.

Love the rose scented powder but I got the mini for travel and the dispensation technique is just not working for me. The mesh allows a scant amount through so I cant really apply it without inverting it 17 times or so.

Very responsive when I contacted about a shipment that was not complete. Had an answer quickly and were kind enough to send an extra consolation!

Excellent customer service!! Had a small issue with my order and reached out and was very impressed that I had an replacement powder asap!

I love this powder, the smell is subtle, can't wait for more scent options they will have in the future.

Cannot brag enough about this product. I sweat easily, finding a natural deodorant over the years has been challenging. The one I have found works part if the day, and then have to reapply. Madam Lemy I am able to go all day without worrying I still smell like roses. My job is housekeeping jso believe me I sweat a lot. Will continue to purchase and share with family and friends .

I love the scent and the whole idea of the powder but unfortunately it did not control odor for me at all.

I love the idea of this product. I bought the travel set of each fragrance. This did not work with my body at all. Very ripe.

I absolutely love these products. I love them so much that I've already gifted them to others. I've searched long for the right deodorant for me. My search is over.

Good for everyday wear. I do notice that I get some BO by the end of the day on warmer days.

Doesn't help the moisture, clogs my pores and created little bumps everywhere, doesn't smell that great for very long. Way overpriced.

I love Madame Lemy! It was a great surprise. I was just looking for a dry shampoo when I came across Madame Lemy. I had been frustrated by the residue on my clothes from traditional deodorants but never thought I could find an effective alternative. I am so pleased with Madame Lemy. It's a great product and so much more than just a natural deodorant. Now my biggest problem is which scent to order next - I love them all.

No one ever wrote me back and I still haven’t received my order.. order#14776

I ordered back ordered product set to ship out on October 20th. I received no information beyond the original message noting my order was received. A week after my order was supposed to ship with no emails or phone calls, I emailed customer service and tried their phone line multiple times. I did not hear a response until I emailed again threatening to contact my bank. I still have no updates. I'm really saddened by this because this product seems like it will be wonderful - I just wish the customer service was as well.

Update:
I previously left an unfavorable review, complaining about poor customer service communication, long wait time (2+ months), and non-delivery of product. I'm updating my review because Customer Service followed up with me and fulfilled my order. The product is lovely & based on that I will try re-ordering again in the future. I think it might just be an issue with more demand for their product than they're equipped to handle at present. Wishing them well & grateful they sorted things out with my order.

Wow, not only do I love their product, but their customer service is superb as well! I'm buying the small size for all my girlfriends to try it for Christmas!

I really wanted to love it. The packaging is superb, the puff is lovely, and I got the rose scent which was exactly what I wanted. It was easy to apply, not messy, and felt lovely on my son. Unfortunately it didn't work for my body chemistry and when I use it, I've got noticeable body odor about 6 hours later.

Excellent brand! The powder works great, smells amazing, doesn't leave residue on clothing, is safe, and lasts for a long time! Highly recommended.
