This is a fraudulent company
This is a fraudulent company. I ordered $125 worth of merchandise and never received it. There’s no one 800 number. The only way to communicate with them is through email and they kept giving me excuses as to why after a month, I still haven’t received my delivery. Never did receive my delivery. My credit card company had the charge removed.

Madam Glam is the best for vegan gel polish.
I absolutely love Madam Glam because it is very difficult to locate good quality gel polish that is cruelty free and vegan. My favorite gels are the reflective holographic shades and I always receive many compliments. I keep checking the website for new additions to that collection because I want to be certain I place an order before they run out. I definitely recommend Madam Glam for excellent gel polish.

Madam glam is amazing
Madam glam is amazing. They're products are the best that I have ever used. The website is extremely easy to navigate. If you have any questions or concerns they answer them right away. Customer service is a 10/10. They are just 100% all around great company. They're gel polishes are 21 free and are VEGAN! How cool is that? I've been placing orders from their website for a few years now and I won't stop anytime soon. They only gets better.

They fixed my problem
I did write a negative review regarding their return policy and their lack of customer service. Two days after I left my review they apologized and gave me a full refund!

Hi: I just received three more Madam Glam neon gel polishes for a total of six polishes. What I really love about the gels is that they go on like butter and the colors "pop." I have been doing nail sets for about four months now and will be purchasing more Madam Glam polishes in the future. Thank you for making a superb product.

If I could give -5 I would. About 2 weeks ago I have placed and canceled my order right away because it was not through wholesale account (I am licensed and prices are much better if you are placing from the wholesale place) and I didn’t got my refund yet. All I get is emails about “It was IT issue” “wait 5-7 business days” “wait 1-2 days”!

Worse customer service I ever received. My package did not arrive with me and was sent back by the postal service due to no fault of mine. Yet Madam Glam does not see the need to discuss options with me for replacement until they have received the parcel back in their warehouse. I have been waiting over a month for this package and now I am out of the money and still no package.
