The bra is comfortable but does flatten me out too much .

I found the fit good maybe a bit on the big side for me 34B . I bought M and it is loose in places. It looks nice but it makes me sweaty , which I have not experienced with any other bra.

So very disappointed after the hard sell from advertising. Took overly long for the product to arrive and despite my carefullly chosen sized order for me, did not fit properly. Cup fitting poor where I was slightly spilling out whilst the back size fitting well. Resigned them to a charity shop and gone to another company. Poor, poor, poor.

Truly a great bra! Supportive, so seamless and soft that I can’t even tell I am wearing a bra. Only thing I usually don’t go for is a push up bra and it does have a bit of a lifting effect, but it is very subtle so I don’t mind it given its comfort level.

The bra is beautiful and so comfortable. I have ordered another but gone for medium as cup size in small just squashes ever so slightly!! Hoping the medium won’t be too big.
My only criticism is the length of time it took to arrive!

The sizing of the bras are inconsistent.
There’s nothing “jelly” about them..they are just stretchy bras with removable foam cups.
The customer service is terrible, they will try and get you to exchange your items then make you an offer of credit , then ghost you. I wouldn’t recommend this company at all!

It took a while to arrive but pleasantly surprised with the fit of the bra. Luckily I chose the perfect size for me and I really like the leopard print colour.

Swayed by SM Ads, when the bras eventually arrived the band was to big and cups too small. The fabric is soft with no visible lines under tops. Despite the website saying 60 Day fit perfect guarantee...exchange or get a full refund - well this translates as 100% store credit. (first time purchases) or a 30% refund and keep the product. Would not recommend.

I have ordered numerous bras from Madam Muse and they are always a Large. However, I received my strapless bra, that literally drops to my waist it is so big.
I have sent numerous emails requesting a solution/ refund/exchange...
Still NO reply from them.
Quick to take your money, but not very quick to attend to a problem!

Ordered a bra which was a horrible fit and definitely not the cup size they say it is. I requested a refund, to be told I would get 100% store credit or 30% partial refund. I refused both of this as the garment was useless and none of their sizings were adequate. After some back and forth I was given an address with which to return my item,which I did and sent the tracking number as requested. The company have recieved the good back (as per the tracking and photo proof) but the company refused to acknowledge my emails now. I will give them another week and I will be taking it up with my credit card company.

Ive requested a return i was yold they will resend another size and keep it no replynto my response. Then a reply asking for an image of mynorder atill no reply. Juat give me my £40 back! The sizing is great on my back but tinynon bust on 1 bra the other ia hugs and falls down! Absolutely awful service

The most amazing comfortable bras, excellent fit and uplift. I now have a bra in each colour and have stopped wearing all my other bras. They take a while to arrive but definitely worth the wait

Sizing completely off, and their returns policy is ridiculous - need to send them a series of emails asking them to confirm you can send an item back first before you post, they have asked me to send a picture of the item I am returning despite it being the only item I have ever ordered from the company and I have provided the order number? Shipping also took a long time.
