Bought a ticket for a festival
Bought a ticket for a festival, the advertisement showed a wrong date. When I contacted them for a refund they could only offer a new time and the festival was almost finished.

I had really bad experience with madbillet.dk and their customer service,
I had a ticket for Treat til Gló, which I could not use it since the waiter/chef at the store told me that their system is not accepting it!
Another thing that caught my attention was that prices for the food at Gló was much cheaper than at the time when "the deal" was advertised on madbillet.dk
I was left without food and the money was spent on nothing. When I wrote them an email, describing the situation - never got a reply back... Stay away from their "deals"...
