Mad Diet are a super company. I have been getting their products for the past year or so, and I had an issue today where I was left short of money and couldn't fulfil a payment. I called their customer services, they had a software update issue and said they'd call me back in 10 mins. 5 mins later, a lovely Scottish lady called back...she not only helped me out with my refund but offered me a goodwill gesture as well. I honestly haven't had customer service like that as long as I can remember...which is why I love supporting these smaller ethical companies, because they actually care about the people they are serving rather than just rinsing us for money! Thank you Mad Diet, I will continue to support you and spread the word about your awesomeness! xxx
I have been buying mad diet supplements for over 3 years, spent a lot of money with them and been a very good customer. The product itself is decent in quality and will arrive in good time. The problem arises when you have a query or need to get hold of someone about your order. I sent an email enquiring about my order, no reply. I have sent repeated emails with absolutely no response from mad diet at all. After several weeks and repeated emails, i am giving up and will be taking my business elsewhere.
