Ordered One by Made mattress. Delivery was quick but the delivery driver had no idea I had requested old mattress to be taken away so had to make alternate arrangements later. Mattress is comfortable but still has a very strong chemical smell 4 weeks later.

Good mattress but was damaged
I have had no issues with the mattress so far but when we received it the box was very damaged and there was a rip in the mattress cover.

Wife says it is great
I'm a 100% pleased with mattress. Service and delivery all excellent. I am a 75 year old lady and this mattress is just what I wanted. Sleeping much better now that my husband has purchased this mattress. Would definitely recommend.

smelly!
fabby mattress for the price., didn't even really notice the transaction to the new one. However it's really smelly - I left it to air for about 7 days before laying on the base but it still smells like a stagnent pond after 4 weeks. Am washing bedding in the hope that improves the pong! Never experienced a pony mattress before and we have latex/memory form mattresses in all 5 bedrooms...

Great, but small smell damp smell
Really comfortable mattress from the 1 week I have been using it. Only issue is that it still smells very damp, I imagine it was picked up from the warehouse, so hopefully this will just be temporary.

So glad we discovered this!
We needed to replace our old Tempur mattress but this time round couldn't justify the extortionate price. Having visited a bed shop and tried out plenty of other mattresses and brands we concluded we needed a replacement that still incorporated memory foam so I started searching online and came across this. Having said I'd never buy a mattress without trying it, the trial period eliminated any concern and I needn't have worried - this one's a keeper! I love it! Customer service and delivery were excellent, as despite the fact I ordered the night before Made's return after the Christmas break the two day turnaround was still achieved. I would definitely recommend.

Poor quality, saggy cover, felt low budget.
Think made.com should stick to making tables. Mattress really wasn't very good, and for the money and brand I expected better. Will be sending back.

Comfort at last!
Ordering-simple delivery- fault less. I have all major joints replaced and severely affected spine(osteoarthritis). From day 1 of sleeping on this matress have had restful nights.Cant believe anyone would send it back.Sheer Bliss.Thankyou.
