Fraudulent

Order (a marble rotating vanity mirror) took almost one month to arrive after multiple excuses informing it was due to quality assurance checks. When it finally arrived they'd sent the wrong product, a flimsy copper vanity mirror. Refused full refund, informed me product sent matched that received. I sent images of order v item received. Failed to take responsibility only offering 25% refund as a 'good will' gesture. No option to leave review on website, therefore indicating reviews are false. Clearly not a Machester based store as advertised. Abysmal customer service, scam of a 'shop'. Do not use.

Chinese drop shipper

Purchased from madebyelmvora which says "Manchester" all over the website. Was pleased to see "express delivery" was included.
Ultimately this is drop shipped from China and my expected delivery is in three weeks time.
Too late for the birthday I ordered the item for.

2 stars as it's deceitful.
