Estate Agency: Rude wman, ,badly organised ill-informed…
Day off taken from London job and a long drive to view two properties in St Leonards off Little Ridge, supposedly' organised' by MADE an Estate Agents in Hastings, covering St Leonards and Bexhill. What a joke. This really took the biscuit. Rude woman 'agent' who was completely unbriefed, totally charmless and represented this excuse of an estate agents. Despite confirmation by email at the office about the second property next door we were supposed to view, she knew nothing about us needing to view it and had no keys. This second property looked more viable than the first which had rotten weatherboard and signs of room damage and leaks inside. If the owners of the second knew that they had missed out on a potential buyer with no chain who had the money to buy they may have been annoyed I think.The agent set off the alarm on the first house and annoyed us and the neighbourhood as she lackadaisically went about vaguely trying to stop it. She knew absolutely nothing about the place. She could not have cared less. I tried to sound interested in her thinking she must be under stress- but no she was just one of those human beings who has no social interraction, and was ignorant. Awful. Never again!
