I ordered some apple juice on 25 November, paid £38.94 but nothing arrived and I can't get in touch with the shop. Have they gone bust? I'm trying to get the money back from the credit card but the form is so complicated and won't go through. Has anyone got a refund? Beware! Don't buy from here. Any advice anyone on how I can get my money back?
Ordered on 15th November, but it never arrived. All my emails have been ignored. Do not use this company.
I placed an order which I was advised was completed on 25 November. I chased the order on 5 December. The person I spoke to said she would not be able to fulfil order. As such she said she would arrange a refund. I am still waiting!
Order placed over 2 weeks ago and have heard absolutely nothing regarding despatch. Have emailed but no responses!! Not great service and will take further action if I don’t hear from them soon.
Not as described - I paid way over the odds (like 5x the going rate!) for a pack of 100% plastic-free playing cards, but these cards are smooth and shiny and I don’t believe they are plastic free. They feel just like my ordinary playing cards I got off Amazon for £2 (free delivery), and I’ve paid over £10 (incl. p&p) for these playing cards because they were sold as plastic-free. Not good.

Ironically, this is the best review you could possibly have written. Thank you. Our playing cards are 100% plastic-free, and produced here in the uk, so they are also carbon-neutral (plastic cards made in the far east are clearly not!)
The point we always make at Made in:Here is one CAN produce lovely things that are also eco-friendly. It doesn’t need to look poor quality or rough to be ‘green’.
