I really like the look of the clothes…
I really like the look of the clothes but would find it much better to order if there were reviews on the website for items. You would get a better ideal of the fit etc.

Polo shirt
Bought shirt, loved the fabric so tried to order a 2nd but was unable to find it on line, so called customer service.
The lady was extremely professional and helpful managed to get another shirt in different colour which arrived promptly.
Fantastic products, a little expensive but so worth it! 😀

Disappointed with fit and length of delivery times.
I was a regular customer of Madeleine clothes in the 90’s and 0’s. I always found the quality to be great and items lasted very well. I also loved looking through all the vibrant colours that they do so well. A great company for classic quality sophistication. I recently ordered for the first time in years and was so disappointed in the fit. I am petite, 5’2” and a uk size 10. Even sizing up to a 12 the pleather leggings I ordered were such a small fit and the rise far too short which seems ridiculous when I’m not tall. It took so long waiting for them to arrive it has made me feel reluctant to risk ordering anything else.
I think the clothes are modelled on a very boyish style of figure. Tall with no curves, quite the opposite to my hour glass shape. Sadly o don’t think I’ll be ordering anything else as the whole process of delivery and returns takes far too long.
I frequently buy Joseph Ribkoff from Canada and parcels arrive in 3-4 days with no postal charges.

Ordered items from Madelaine for the first time but I will definitely order from them again. The delivery was slower than other outlets but the garments came well packaged and were worth the wait.
I returned 2 items and the money was credited to my account quickly.

My first choice when clothes buying…
My first choice when clothes buying would always be to go to a shop: walking out with something that I feel fits and suits me well is a real pleasure. However, shrunken high streets now make this increasingly difficult, so, I am happy there is Madeleine! I enjoy viewing the catalogues and, if I make a purchase, I look forward to receiving my purchase nicely packaged and boxed. Importantly, because I know things may not be quite right for me, I have discovered that returns are easy via a Post Office and that refunds are prompt.
