Hassle free service for what you love ❤️

So far I've loved everything I've received from Madepants, which is why I keep ordering. The quality and cut of the clothes is very good. a couple of suggestions: sometimes the photos do not make it clear whether pants have belt loops or only drawstrings, so it would be great to remove that ambiguity, either in the description or the photos. It is also a bit difficult to figure out what size to order--the numbers in sizing don't always correspond to reality, so some guessing is involved. As I've said, so far it has worked out very well for me, and I've not have had to exchange anything and am happy, but having either standard Western jeans sizes line up with madepants sizes accurately or have accurate inch measures would help. Thank you very much.

Ordering super easy and the process was streamlined.

The items were described well. For the most part the size chart was very helpful. However, some pants (or overalls/jumpsuits) contained the inseam length and some did not. This may not matter for average height women but for the many short or tall shoppers, it does make a difference.

can't get the tracking app to work.

Size 32 camo pants arrived a LONG time after ordering. They say 32 but are actually 29. I contacted Made for a refund, they said no, we will give you 80% off on new pair. I asked for refund and they said you will have to PAY FOR SHIPPING To CHINA and an extra fee for Chinese customs. This is absolutely absurd. I know the prices are good, but the sizing is totally SUSS and the customer service pathetic. DON'T ORDER from them, there are way better companies (legit ones) out there.

Simple and straightforward!

Purchasing was easy. Just not sure about the sizing. I’ll have to find out when I receive my items. They explain it well on the site but I’ve never been a large or x-large before so we’ll see. Maybe their stuff runs small.

Love this company and products. Feedback is that it does not give you a chance to see the billing address before purchasing.

Pretty seamless from start to finish!I noticed that the wrong color of pant was placed and they changed it quickly!!Very receptive!

Ordered a size that didn't fit. I communicated through Whatsapp and they were very swift in their reply and talked me through an exchange. They applied a discount code so I just paid slightly over the cost of delivery only and I did not need to return my original package. The only down size is the length of time it takes to arrive - but then you have the child like build up of excitement waiting for it to arrive - reminds me of a pre digital age lol!!

Just discovered made pants. It was an easy shopping experience. I hope I would not be disappointed with the shipping experience and quality of item.

I ordered the coveralls, they fit perfect, however, I wanted the baggy look. I'm 5'7, 210 lbs, I normally wear a large or 10/12 in pants and large/xl in tops. The company went the extra mile to assist with my return. I was more than happy with the outcome because I know the cost of returning the product back the company. Loved the coveralls were a 10 out of 10! I will be ordering again.
