Great service and communication
I originally contacted this store as I’d made a purchase from another company of a similar name and did not receive goods (mad fashion Paris)
Once I started speaking with the representative I realised my mistake. They were very helpful and gave me advice on how to request a charge back from my bank. They were very pleasant to deal with and professional.
Pls do not confuse this high end clothing company with Tik tok scammers Mad Fashion Paris.

This company’s service is absolutely ridiculous . I placed an order for pair of sandals over a month ago and am still waiting for their delivery, which has not yet arrived. Despite sending emails in an attempt to get an update on my order, I have not received a single response from them. The lack of communication and customer service is incredibly frustrating and unacceptable.

This was not purchased from me, I’ve had quite a few enquiries about the same thing where someone has purchased through TikTok, these were not purchased from me but from someone with a similar name, please get your information correct before trying to damage my company’s reputation. After speaking to other people who have contacted me regarding the same issue it seems the company you ordered from is called mad fashion Paris not my company.

Ordered an item for a Christmas present but over a week passed and it wasn't dispatched. They called me and told be it will be here early Jan. Because it was the last place that stocked the cap I decided to wait. Jan comes and no item. I called and no answer. Emailed and no reply. Finally I got the package but it was wrong! Surprise surprise the item I ordered was no longer in stock. Asked for a refund and pre paid packaging to return the wrong item and seller said they will refund but hasn't. PayPal case opened and hopefully get my refund soon! A month since I ordered it! Avoid and go somewhere else!
Quality of the items I ordered were brilliant. Speed they arrived was fast, was for my husbands birthday. Cost was very good. I was worried at first as I have not used this site before and was worried that the goods would be fake but they most definitely are the real deal and excellent. Packaging was also secure. I would recommend and buy from this site again.
