Timely order, colourful bouquet

My order arrived at the very last minute, but it was still on time, so hats off to MadFlowers for pulling it off on Valentine’s day.
The recipient of the said bouquet (a very demanding person) seemed globally pleased with it.

Not the Present or Customer Service Expected

Ordered flowers for my mother this time last year paying for the ‘insane’ flower bouquet as I wanted to treat her for her birthday. Flowers arrived too late for birthday and when they did arrive were in terrible condition, flowers completely wilted and lacking colour. Contacted ‘Maurice’ who provided me with a 20 euro discount code and who failed to respond to any of my later emails. I would avoid using this company service as I feel they provide a substandard product and care little about their customers.

Great customer service

My parents kindly ordered a beautiful bouquet for me. When it arrived, I was very disappointed to find that some of the leaves had brown tips. I brought it to Mad Flowers attention, and their customer service could not have been better. Within hours, a beautiful new bouquet was delivered, and a box of chocolates to apologise. I'd be happy to recommend Mad Flowers in future, as mistakes happen, but it is how they are dealt with that makes all the difference.

Very pleased!

I ordered flowers for my mom’s birthday late yesterday evening for delivery today. I live in Canada and was skeptical about ordering flowers from so far away for delivery to Dublin, as I hadn’t done it before. I am so pleased with the service! My mom received the flowers to the correct address early this morning. The presentation looked great and she was so happy with them! Thank you Mad Flowers :)

All around Amazing

Absolutely stunning flowers, with excellent customer service. Our wedding flowers were delivered and everything was perfect, Maurice went above and beyond for our wedding flowers, from the altar arrangement to the huge pedestals, and the top table arrangement, everything was beautiful. I cannot recommend Mad Flowers enough, they went beyond my expectations on the day. Thank you so so much :) From a very happy customer.

Disappointed customer…

Very disappointed..Ordered the ceramic pot for €49.00...€57.00 with delivery.Absolutely tiny with hardly any flower's..Was expecting a bigger pot and more flower's.Don't judge by picture on site.!!Will not be ordering from here again.

I needed a last minute flower bouquet…

I needed a last minute flower bouquet for a work colleague leaving. Flowers exactly as promised with littles such as the card & vase, Lauren was absolutely delighted with her flowers, Would recommend to friends and family, Thanks Mad Flowers and nice gentleman took my order via phone.

Loved the Experience

My experience was beyond the expectation & can't describe in words. Not only the flowers are of good quality but the overall service was excellent. There was a miss from my side but MadFlowers Team managed everything & delivered the happiness to all of us :-) Will definitely suggest everyone to experience Madflowers once.

You'd be MAD to order flowers from MAD flowers. Ordered a bouquet for a work colleague last week, she sent me a photo of the flowers to say thank you for the kind thoughts. I was so disappointed with the flowers. I contacted MAD on Saturday morning to express my unhappiness either the bouquet, which looked nothing like the flowers that they had advertised. I received an email to say as a gesture of goodwill a new bouquet would be delivered, it never was. Very bad. Anyway never again, keep your money sent shop some place else.

So Disappointed

Just awful, my husband made a big effort this year to buy local so I'm so disappointed with what turned up. We got 12 roses ok and they did look simular to the photo. But the roses were the cheapest looking roses I've ever seen, better off buying from the supermarket. I tried to call but neither phone number works. Very disappointed👎

Would not recommend

Ordered flowers yesterday for a friend's mams anniversary. Never arrived. Emailed to find out what had happened and received an email saying they were checking with the courier. Emailed an hour or so later and advised they were following up with courier. I emailed a third time and requested a refund. No apology, no explanation. Shocking customer service. Will never order from them again.

Zero Customer Service and missing delivery

I really didn't want to have to give a 1 star rating to any business but my experience with Mad Flowers leaves me little choice. I placed an order with Mad Flowers to have a bouquet delivered on New Year's Day. I paid extra for same day delivery and received confirmation emails for both my order and the completion of the bouquet ready to be delivered. Sadly it did not arrive as planned but sometimes things happen which is completely understandable. Three days later still no delivery and I obviously had to awkwardly contact to recipient to confirm this. I spend the following 3 days ringing both numbers for company, to no answer and with no ability to leave a message to receive a call back. I try the contact form through the website and eventually after going through PayPal to lodge a claim I got an email address for what I assume to be the owner or manager and emailed them directly. I again requested to be contacted back ASAP. On the 6th of January, flowers were finally delivered to the recipient, and to their credit they also included a box of chocolates. But three days later and I still haven't received ANY contact from the company.

I am a very reasonable person; had someone at any stage contacted me and explained what had happened I would not have written this review. I am aware that we are in a very difficult time and an owner/ florist/ driver may have called in sick with Covid-19. But even if it was the case that my order was delivered to the wrong place, or was somehow overlooked just communicating this with me would have been 1000 times better than the completely no contact approach they have taken. After this experience I have little faith in this company to fulfil an order correctly, or to adequately provide customer service to resolve issues. Unless I actually receive any follow up from this company I will not be using their services again and would actively discourage anyone else who might consider using them too from doing so.

Attention to detail appears to be minimal

Funeral spray delivered to client with a computer generated card and no details of sender and some flowers falling off the side of the spray. Disappointing experience given it was a funeral spray.Tried telephoning no reply. Poor customer service For this reason would not recommend

Arrived on date, nice bouquet

Ordered 2 bouquets to be delivered 24th Dec. They arrived and were very nice.
Minus 1 star for customer service.

Due to restrictions I wanted to change delivery address. For 2 days before delivery due, I called all day but no answer and wrote emails. Then on the due date they pick up the phone finally and said there's nothing they can do. I would have been happy to pay to change address but they were not flexible on it.

Had to use another company to order flowers

Fantastic service.

Ordered as a graduation present for my sister. 30 roses in a glass vase, even more beautiful than I was expecting. Fantastic service, ordered Wednesday morning they were delivered Thursday morning without any issues.

Such stunning bouquets every time!

Yet again, very very happy with my order from Mad Flowers, the flowers arrived fresh and right on time. These bouquets have such a unique style and really brighten up your home, such beautiful mixes of textures with pops of colour. I ordered from here before as a gift for my mother and she was over the moon too with the gorgeous flowers she received! Will definitely be ordering from here again! Thanks guys!

Appalling service avoid at all costs

Order flowers for today for my girlfriend (Valentines day) I ordered 3 days in advance to make sure they were here on time. Last year they were sent to the wrong address but I said I’d give them the benefit of the doubt this year. Guess what.... no flowers. I called 3 times yesterday to make sure they would arrive on time and got no answer. I received no tracking information nor is there anywhere on their website to track your order, the only e-mail I got was to say my order was placed. Appalling service avoid at all costs.
