All top notch quality products! There are occasional delays in email responses from customer service, but that isn't something that's a massive issue; in fact, this little issue aside, their customer service is impeccable.

Madheaters is an excellent company, they treat their clients really well and they offer great products at even greater prices. If you go for the Revolve I'll assure you it's the last stem you are going to get, I usually use water pieces for my cooling needs, but with this stem I can go native without destroying my throat :)
The reload became a must have for outdoor sessions and it's packed with features! If you are on the fence about getting a product from this store, don't worry! The only problem you should have is choosing the color of your Revolve or Reload ;)

Most reviews are usually negative because most that are happy don't take the time to rate things. Its mostly the upset customers that take the time to write bad reviews so i wanted to take the time to give MAD Heaters some kudos.
I have had nothing but good things to say about MAD Heaters since I found them. This product is by far a 5 star product and then to top it off with some of the best customer service I have had in years, its a 5 all day long.
I received my medical card and did not want to combust, and didn't feel safe with everything added to vape juices. I tried edibles and found they did not work for me. I then ended up trying sublingual delivery with tinctures and hard candies. I found this to work ok, but the options were so limited that I just was not getting the results I needed.
So research led me to vaping dry flower. I started off with a Dynavap M, then an Omni, then an Omni XL. I tried a Mighty plus with and without water. All worked ok but i wanted something cooler and easier to use being i am an all evening medicator. I needed something simple and clean. I then found MAD Heaters.
I started off with the Revolve Gen1 and a Reload both in silver. I loved everything about both of them and the customer service was beyond expectations. the few issues I had were resolved above and beyond anything a person would expect.
I then tried the Revolve on my Mighty plus and found it cooler than any water I was using. So I wanted a second one for a daily driver so I could leave the first one with my mighty. I ordered a second Revolve in black along with a matching Reload that has been my daily driver for some time now.
The Revolve and Reload left very little for improvements and i was completely happy with my set up until i saw what was coming next.
The Sense was still in the works and i was so looking forward to getting away from butane. Due to whatever issues they were having and the constantly growing improvements they have been making to it during R&R before its release, its has fallen a bit behind on a release but i continued to follow MAD Heaters for a date.
Then i saw the Revolve Gen2 coming out. When you didn't think there was much if any room for improvement, they found ways of making it better. I have to have one.
So here I am on the edge of my seat typing this waiting for the Per-Order release to drop in the next day or two so i can order yet another Revolve. And yes i am still waiting on a Sense and any other things they have in the making.
Again i cannot say enough about these great products and the incredible customer service they have. Keep doing what you are doing. There are not many companies out there that have both a top notch products as well as great customer service.
Give them a try i am sure you wont be disappointed and if for some strange reason you are, i am sure they will make it right for you. So you don't have anything to loose.

The Reload, by MAD Heaters, has to be the best, most versatile, Dynavap accessory on the market. The smell-proof container can hold quite a bit of material, especially if you use the available keyring crown to tamp it down. With 2 additional mini-pots, I am able to carry five days worth of material in the Reload. The cooling magnet is much stronger than on any of the other Dynavap accessories that I own, so much so that I haven't had to use the de-capper to pull the captive cap.
The incredible build quality, and all-around usefulness, easily makes this a "must have" accessory. If the Reload is this good, I can't wait to get my hands on the Sense (and a rainbow Revolve stem when they come back in stock).

This was my first time ordering any vape-related items from overseas. The Mad Heaters team answered any problem I had. Their presence on the FC Forum is felt and is much appreciated in such a small community that we all love. They are consistently pushing the boundaries of DV accessories. Just do yourself order the Revolve, and the Reload+an extra pot.

Coming across this device is the best thing that could happen to me. With this I finally stopped smoking at all.
It’s the best Dynavap stem to fully have a great experience with smooth cool vapor. It’s a masterpiece of engineering if you ask me. So much variables you can adjust, not just the airflow like the original Dyna stem.
And in combination with the Reload, the experience is perfect. 10 out of 10. I read reviews about the Reload and did not believe how great people said it is until I tried it out for myself. It is also a masterpiece of engineering and built quality is amazing, just like the Revolve.
So now I own 2 revolve stems, 1 reload and can’t wait until they release the revolve gen2 and their highly wanted sende induction heater.

Madheaters offers with the revolve the by far most advanced stem for the dynavap experience. Cooling is just another level, even compared to other aftermarket stems that usually tend to be more expensive than the revolve. Can't wait for the Revolve v2 to come out and even more excited about their announced induction heater coming in the future. Great company, thanks for improving my vaping experience 💚

THE. BEST. I should leave it there honestly because the Revolve Stem just is - for the price, the options it gives, the variability in use. You can have your revolve any which you can think of where typically you may need multiple different devices to do all the Revolve can. I was in on the Preoder and have not been disappointed since! And I have to shout out the customer service! Any questions or comments on the device, I sent em through Instagram and they were always happy to chat and help. Definitely look forward to the future of mad heaters !

Wasn’t sure if this would be a good vape, maybe overly engineered. Had too make a choice between this or the MVS.
So happy I went for the Revolve, hits are so cool you don’t even notice you have a mouthful of vapor.
Great pricing too, bought me a second and a Reload which is a must have accessory.
Would highly recommend this stem.
Really happy with it, could call it ENDGAME.

Everyone already talks about how great the Revolve is the current top-tier stem for Dynavap. The secret is how much of a game-changer this thing on a crafty/mighty from Storz and Bickel. Nice cool clouds of flavor. And I love how I can set the draw resistance for on-the-go usage. 10/10 can’t wait to see what else MadHeaters comes up with!

Without any doubt the best aftermarket accessory product for dynavap. I've owned almost all stems available on the market claiming to do miracles, bought MH revolve in preorder just after I had saw the presentation.. this is a top notch, the graal of stems. Being made of titanium this will survive to zombie apocalypse too, at a reasonable price deliver a vapor quality never experienced before giving to dynavap a totally new dimension.
Fully customizable, you'll have so many options to choose for that for the first two week you'll be blown off by tweaking and setting it just to experience all the configurations.
Last but.not.least, customer care is excellent fast and super available.

Once I understood my preferite setting now I'm able to draw a full bowl with two hits almost without playing with airport..incredible!
And if I want a fresher draw, just open the airport and enjoy it!

I really hope to see some new product from MH in next month to come..I'm already saving moneys for these!

The revolve stem is amazing at cooling. I hardly want to use any other stems since purchasing. Everything seems very well planned and manufactured. I purchased a factory second version and was extremely pleased by the quality.

I’m so happy to have been following along with Mad Heaters since I first learned about them on FC. I own two Revolve stems and two reloads. I consider the Revolve to be a top tier stem in my Dynavap collection and the Reload is a must have accessory for the Dynavap enthusiast.

Offers a better product than the competition for a better price. Bonus that I get to support a UK company. My glass tube cracked, I emailed him about it and promptly forgot, only remembered after I bought a revolve on 419 so missed my chance to get a free replacement included and he sent one separately anyway. 10/10

Cool’s the Vapor down by a mile, I’ll be looking forward to picking up the attachment for the mighty, this device really kicks ass and is probably the most affordable and most engineered product I’ve come across for the dynavap.

Why spend more when you can spend less for more functions.

Madheaters has some of the most exceptional customer service I have experienced in this industry. There were several growing pain type issues experienced with the preorder, and each issue was resolved promptly, painlessly, and professionally. Including having sent a full replacement after having receiced one of the problem units, which had excess black coating coming off while cleaning with isopropyl alcohol.

Beyond the stellar service, the Revolve stem is an engineering marvel. It's tolerances are industrially tight, and it's design and function are second to none. If I had any criticism at all, I'd request future iterations be manufactured 1/8" thicker ti throughout the body, as continued use (3 or 4 bowls) can make this stem wickedly hot to the touch. Outside of that, it is easily the most advanced stem design that one can buy right now, and I highly recommend it.
