Bought a hoodie gold heather almost 2 weeks ago. The staff is very accommodating and assisted well when I need a size not available on the shelf. The staff recommended if I would agree to take the hoodie on display which I accepted.

Delivered on the same day and it looks cool and everything, just some problems, the tongue of the right shoe that i bought wont stop going to the right and it frustrates me, every 15 minutes of me walking i have to pull it back to the middle cuz it looks silly and hideous, told them i want to change my shoe size yea they wouldnt

You asked for a cash refund when you didn't pay by cash and you were informed about our refund policy.
Then you asked for an exchange and we were happy to exchange the pair for you but you never completed the exchange.
You could have exchanged the pair for any other pair of the same value or added the difference in price for a different pair.
Then you emailed us asking if the holes where the laces go are a defect. We informed you that it is part of the design.
Anyway, we are sorry to hear that the size wasn't right for you and you could have exchanged it easily if you wanted to.

We had a great time at mad kicks bluewaters-Dubai, but first we went to Al wasl branch, where the Sales Guy was very polite and helpful , he did not have the size of Yeezy my husband needed so he confirmed with bluewaters before he sent us there …. At blue waters we spent maybe 30 min , trying on many pairs and once we found perfect Yeezy for my husband we decided to get air Jordan’s for my 5 year old too. Very helpful staff ( young guy with big hair :)) he also kindly took his time to put the shoelaces in my child sneakers very beautifully…… overall 5/5 experience . Thanks !
