We dealt with Ed in the sales team. He was very prompt at responding and keeping up updated on progress, once we had finally settled on a design.
We also had a tight schedule for receiving the finished items and he was able to escalate that so that we received them in plenty of time.

Smooth ordering process

Great experience with this company. We ordered 100 lapel pins for our Masonic Lodge members and Andrew and his colleagues were Brilliant. They helped with the design, the quality of the Lapel pins is superb and they were delivered quickly & on time. Great value for money too. Highly recommended
