How this company uses Trustpilot
See how their reviews and ratings are sourced, scored, and moderated.
On Trustpilot alone, 8000 users have reported being scammed using the same method. They just wanted their money back but received no compensation. No refunds, just empty promises. It's safe to assume that not a single one ever got their money back. And here on Trustpilot, only 8,000 victims have reported the scam.
My experience largely aligns with the other negative reviews. As soon as you provide your credit card number, the amount is charged twice, even though you didn't want this and objected. The positive reviews are likely fake, as there's usually only one review from the same person in their history.
Tip:
Avoid this provider.
Under no circumstances should you provide your credit card details.
If your card has already been charged, temporarily block it for online payments.
If I do manage to get my money back, I will, of course, update this review accordingly. Actually they denying that.
If the money is already on the scammer's account you don't have a chance to get it back!
Also read the warning from "Google help"! It classifies the operator as a fraudulent AI app.
Or search for the app with the addition of "fraud" in your search engine.
And the META group profits handsomely from the scams because it helpfully supplies the gangsters with victims on its platforms, who, in good faith, fall victim to Facebook, Instagram & Co. through deception.
It helps with awareness and daily habits. Still, it feels limited as a full lifestyle tool.

This company is a gang of crooks and scammers. They set up a subscription without your consent, and takes a lot to unsubscribe. They charge the VAT to the payments, but they don't have a legal VAT number, thence unable to issue a legal invoice.
Como decimos en España, no hay bastante pan para tanto chorizo.

I don’t not have an app nor an account yet monies have been taken continually from my bank account. Having written to them several times I keep on getting the same stupid response- that my email does not match the one that they have and that they I have to give them my account and card details.
How many times have I explained to this Mad company that my email address has been the same for ages and that I do not have an account either them.
I have no proof. They want a copy of my card but I have already cancelled my card.
My bank said I need to reason with this company and only then will they intervene. I am so stressed and just do not know how to resolve this. At least 4 payments taken in past 4 weeks. This week for over £90. OVER and over I have told this company that I only use an iCloud email address. I do not have record of any order. Yet same old reply below. Scam . I have provided my email address. All bank account statements but they want my card details even though last card was cancelled.
Time for them to send me proof of my order. I have not received a single payment back. Liars
🥲
So today this support team have said that they have not heard from me and hence they will stop communications.
Is it possible in this day & age that a company called Mad Muscles respond to me on Ttrist pilot and pretend that I have not been communicating with their support team, have the gall to give me the email address here.

I was charged a total of €90 and I had a hard time subscribing! Eventually I was released!!!
I was thinking this app and program was a part of the exercise program for seniors with AARP as it was under their website. I downloaded the $15 four week program and within minutes realized it was not a part of AARP and I am not real techno saavy so I canceled the program and deleted the app within minutes.I contacted MadMuscles right away and got several emails back from “Stella”. Then after review of my request my refund I just received a was a denial. After reading other reviews I will keep my emails in the event they charge me more as they have others apparently. Seems pretty much like a scam. Good companies give refunds when requested within minutes of a mistaken purchase.

Con artists once again

Tried to cancel numerous times. The last time they sent me an email their volume was too high and they couldn’t cancel for me. They told me I had to do it.

Mad muscle will bill your credit card and fight the charge and will tie you up in a loop. Do NOT sign up for anything. Just don't do it.
Why did they flag my post? It's all truth and they know it. It's their business tactics that should be flagged. Do customers right and there won't be so much negativity surrounding your company.

I’ve stopped comparing myself to others. The app helps me focus on my own journey. My energy and confidence are back, and I feel great every day.

The approach is gentle but powerful. It doesn’t push too hard. Yet I keep improving every week, that’s the magic.

I never feel judged here. The tone of the app is warm and supportive. Even on lazy days, I still show up, that consistency matters.

“1 star. Mad Muscles charged me for a subscription I did not clearly agree to. The advertised price was not the final price, and I had issues with auto-renewal/refund. Very misleading billing and poor customer support. I would not recommend.”

What I really like is the tone. It’s not aggressive, fake, or overly motivational. It feels warm and human, which actually makes me want to keep showing up consistently.

DO NOT USE THIS!!!! THEY RE SCAMMERS!!
Absolutely appalling. Requests for money from my account does not stop! I have had to let my bank know not to pay this!!

They have been charging me £35 each month without a single email notification.
I had even uninstalled the app from my phone!
There is not even a dedicated billing section in their app!!!They hide it in the "Help" section FCOL

They are a scam organisation. They entrap you into ongoing subscriptions that you don't realise. I tried to cancel within 10 minutes and they would not oblige.
I recommend you keep away from them completely because they are a scam organisation
After all the entrapment to lock me into ongoing subscriptions I wanted nothing to do with the organisation. But they would not cancel and refund me. You honestly don't know what they have locked you into because their arrangements are so confusing
