I had solar panels and battery pack fitted with madola and the experience couldn’t have been simpler. I thought that getting solar installed would be a really involved process that would take alot of time to get approved and installed. Madola couldn’t have been any more helpful with the process. Right from the first query email right through to after sales support, they couldn’t have made it more seamless. The installation was quick and pain free. The guys on site were terrific. Very professional, they clearly took pride in their work. Neil explained everything from how it all works, from set up, to the app, to how to use the energy in the most efficient way. We financed through home tree, that again was set up through the guys from madola and all was sent over through Docusign. It’s defo the most cost effective way to get solar fitted with finance to suit anyone’s needs. All in all I’m really happy with the whole experience provided, and would throughly recommend this company.

The whole process was smooth from start to finish. The team were professional, helpful, and explained everything clearly. The installation went well and everything was handled properly.

Already seeing savings, and the Lumo app is a great extra for tracking energy use and making even more savings.

I’ve been wanting solar panels and a battery for a while but couldn’t afford the upfront cost. Madola Energy put me in touch with Home Tree Finance, which meant I could get everything installed with no money down. That really made it possible for me.

The team were great from start to finish — very professional, helpful, and easy to deal with. Everything was explained clearly and the install went smoothly.

I’m already noticing savings, and the Lumo app they set me up with is really handy for keeping track of energy use and saving even more.

What lovely people to deal with.l was given a quote for a battery storage system to assist my solar further in energy savings and a future investment and l was impressed with the quote given and accepted.regular emails for all my information needs, straight forward arrangements with my finance and Bank transfers.No urgency put on me with final,payment.
Very compact battery system which took to delightful young men to set up in my garage that took very little space,They very kindly helped me set it all,up on my iPad and took me through the workings on the console in the garage then tidied up and took away all materials so,l,was left as it was before they arrived.lt only took a few hours to set up and it’s working ferfectly and has filled my battery up overnight so l am now using cheaper electricity through the day time. If you are someone looking for solar and or just battery please give them a call, l think you will be delighted in the quote.

Wasted a lot of my time in October 2024 going through paperwork only to never deliver anything they offered.

The installation was scheduled for what turned out to be a period of wet and windy weather. The guys doing the installation were amazing, and when the weather stopped progress I was kept informed.
I was impressed with everyone who came in site - all polite, respectful of the property and very tidy in the circumstances.
I was busy when the installation was finished and because I wanted some more guidance on how the system and app works and engineer came back to talk me through it.
I think I got very good value for money and would recommend Madola.

Nathan and Jamie did an extremely professional electrical installation today of inverter and related wiring working with the solar panel crew (sorry guys dont know your names). Weather was dire but the boys pulled through and got the job done!

Many thanks to the team that installed the inverter and 15 solar panels yesterday. The weather was as bad as I have ever seen but the team worked through it all and completed a very tidy install. They even took the time to show me some of the functions on the solar app. Well done!

The team and the quality of the installation are fantastic, the price for the solar installation was very good aswell. I have had the solar for 2 years now and would not go back, even my in-laws have had them fitted. Really happy with everything. I have also recommended them for a large commercial installation in work and currently looking to get that started, and again they have been fantastic throughout. Would definitely recommend

I choose Madola Energy for my solar panels and battery set after a recommendation from a friend and couldn't be happier. I had a much bigger battery and more panels for considerably less than the next best quote. Installation only took a day and were very professional. The installation crew were courteous and knowledgeable and the clean up was impressive.

I couldn’t be happier with the service from Gary and the team at Madola Energy. They were professional, efficient, and left everything clean and tidy. Their support didn’t stop at installation — they were fantastic with firmware updates and super helpful when I was getting to grips with the app.

With two EVs in the household, the fuel savings alone have been incredible. Combined with the amount of energy we export back to the grid, the entire system paid for itself in under 18 months — and that’s while running a hot tub at 40°C all year round in a four-bedroom house!
