item not exact as the video and misleading! pro duct is ok

Placed my order February 5th, got an email it was shipped February 9th, then received an email February 22nd “so sorry it was lost in transport and we are going to reship it but could be 7-15 days”. To say I’m pissed and highly unsatisfied is an understatement.

Fast and easy to navigate

When u sent me my review it did not show my picture that I chose. So I’m afraid it’s gonna be the display photo and not mine.
My picture is me in a pink shirt and my boyfriend with grey hair.

Great product/Easy to order/Easy directions. However photo not blended completely into background. Shows two sharp corners of photo which did not blend into background. However still very satisfied.

It's a great product, and I've been looking for it for a long time because I'm a team leader in the fire and rescue department.

They portrayed their product as a 3D personalized espresso machine ornament. I got an acrylic 2D trash that would have costed me 2 dollars at the most to make in my basement. It is ABSOLUTE TRASH AND A SHAMELESS MISREPRESENTATION TO LITERALLY STEAL
MONEY FROM PEOPLE. I have ornaments made by my children in elementary school
That 120% looks and feels better. This piece of shit was 29$ or some BS amount to make it even more believable that they were selling something totally legit. I am livid that i fell
For this BS. And it took a month to deliver.

I never received my item and of course they are claiming that they sent it in an order for me to get a replacement or refund. I have to get a letter from the post office…. Like the post office just hand out letters to anyone who says that their mail is missing. This is ridiculous and I would never ever buy from this company again.

Do not order from these people! The picture they show on their website of the product is nothing like what you'll get. You'd need a magnifying glass to see the person's picture in the memorial ornament. Paid alot of money for something that's not even worth 2$. So disappointed. This was to be a gift but I'd be too embarrassed to give what I received. Asking for a refund!

This item took weeks to get here and is a flat ornament not dimensional as pictured. It be Pictjre os minuscule you can’t even see who is in it. I would not purchase this product. I would post pictures but this review app doesn’t have the option.

Very poor quality cheap looking item. Not even close to the video advertisement on tik tok. I ordered 2 fishing rod ornaments personalized. Im not even going to give them to my daughters. Too embarrassing.
Paid way too much for items ordered and they came after Christmas.
I have requested a full refund

Ordering was simple and easy. I received my order and let me say the pictures didn't do justice. The pen exceeded my expectations' and the quality was very good. The inscriptions were expressive and enlightened.

The item is nothing like it was advertised. The ad showed a miniature fishing pole not a picture of a fishing pole on a pice of plastic. I cannot gift this item as I was going to do. If there was a 0 star that’s what I would choose. Total was of money!

I ordered a fishing pole Christmas ornament what I got was a piece of plexiglass with a painted fishing pole on it. It was not the crystal fishing pole ornament that I saw in the advertisement total 100% rip off I’m furious buyer beware I paid $28 for this piece of junk
