Scam online

This company claimed to sell items such as a storage unit. I paid for it - £9.99.
I then discovered I did not actually purchase this at all but a monthly subscription for an online electrical device shop. After communicating with them, they said I was not allowed a refund because I had ticked the terms and conditions box (lie) and was aware that it was a subscription service. There was nothing at all to indicate it. The company advertises their goods on Facebook under a load of different names, all of which take your money and don't send you what you think you're paying for. Theses scams and thieves need to be stopped! Their office is based in Cyprus.
