Abysmal customer service

Abysmal customer service- even - by french standards. Emails randomly get answered, sometimes days later. Phone lines are unmanned. Expensive, decent quality products. Slooooow shipping, took 7+ days for my order to be shipped. Not recommended.

I recently purchased curtains

I recently purchased curtains, area rugs and decorative pillows from Madura in Nice. A delightful woman, Marie, provided great advice and assistance, even going so far as delivering some curtains and pillows to my home. The products are top-notch and the shopping experience was wonderful! I would highly recommend Madura for your home decorative needs.

Excellent experience

We had an excellent experience purchasing curtains from Madura. We placed several orders, and they were shipped quickly. On one occasion, there was a small delay in delivery—the product got stuck at an intermediate delivery facility. We reached out to Madura's support team, and their response was prompt. They contacted the delivery provider and resolved the issue right away.

Abysmal, lazy customer service

Abysmal customer service - nonexistent. Run away from this store, don't walk. We ordered curtains from the store in Metz, France, and specified our address in person THREE TIMES to the saleswoman. Somehow she got it ALL wrong (not just one digit - the entire address!). Our purchased goods wound up in a country we don't even live in. We were told the items could be shipped to the store for pick-up, but first we would have to be reimbursed and then we could re-purchase the items at the store. It has been at least one month and we still have not been reimbursed - who knows when we will get our 800 Euros back, let alone the items we originally ordered. Not a single word of apology from the store - appalling. Lazy salespeople who don't help. Waste of time and money - stay away.

New smart staff needed in Brussels ASAP!

My mum and I went to the Brussels Avenue Louise shop to check out their collection and eventually order pillows and curtains for her new apartment. We were directly confronted by the manager while still at the door as she wanted to only allow one person inside claiming it's the store's current Covid policy. Mind you, a poster in the shop window states that they allow a maximum of 10 people at once and the store was EMPTY! We stood there in shock as to how are we supposed to buy without seeing the products while brainstorming together? We are not buying groceries at the end of the day... I can understand Covid policies but this one was the most pathetic of all. If you allow 10 people at once how come the both of us couldn't get in when the shop was empty and what would have happened if my mum and I entered separately without telling you guys? There's a fine line between being cautious and plain stupid and Madura lost a fairly big order.
