Total scam! Ordered a ring from this website, it turned up and it's an absolute piece of junk, totally unwearable.

The ring & earrings are lovely and my shipment arrived today! The craftsmanship is flawless and they appear even more stunning in person. It was a welcome surprise that the delivery arrived on schedule. I am blown away by the design and quality and I'm eager to see more unusual things. A wonderful experience that I heartily recommend.

Awful scam company. Do not trust. I ordered a silver ring with gold thread and received a cheap plastic fake from Asia. Returns process states will have to pay fornshipping back to Asia. Website leads you to believe it's a UK company. Con.

I have emailed several times. I wanted to exchange the ring that I bought. I was disappointed with the product. It was too small and I didn't like it. I was offered same ring in a bigger size if I paid a further £10.
Due to a further lack of communication, I just want my money back!

I bought a ring as a trial and I was astounded by its exquisite craftsmanship and beauty when I got it. I bought more items from their collection right away since I was afraid they might sell out because of their outstanding quality. My questions were answered almost immediately and the customer service was excellent. It was such a pleasant experience and I wanted to express how wonderful this purchase has been it's definitely one I won't soon forget!

This is a scam, they say jewellery is made by a grandma in Kildare Ireland or in Utah depending which page you’re on, and they say the jewellery is gold and silver. It’s cheap tat shipped from China. More like the quality you would buy in Primark or Claire’s accessories for a few pounds. They offer a refund minus a 15% restocking fee if you return the goods to China at your own cost. This is a fraudulent scam. DO NOT BUY

I am really amazed by how beautiful it looks and it arrived in wonderful shape. It is a unique artwork because of its exquisite and eye catching design. It was a welcome surprise that it also came on the scheduled delivery date. Excellent customer service was provided and answering all of my questions quickly & efficiently. This product exceeded all of my expectations and I heartily recommend it!

Scam site, not in Ireland and items are not gold or silver or handmade. You try to return them and they offer you 10% refund to keep them. Return address is in China in a residential area. Don't touch with a barge pole save your money.

Falsely advertising handmade Jewellery, and when it finally arrive cheap rubbish! Have reported to Action Fraud uk.
Waiting to see if I get a refund and my son has also purchased some rings for me as a gift, but not arrived yet, so requested a refund!

First off the company is in China. They come across in their "about me" to be from one lady that painstakingly and with love has been creating this jewlery for 26 years. I have pictures of their site. On their site you cannot leave a review even thou they have trust pilot reviews there is nothing no way to leave a review on page. The picture in their advertisements show jewlery that looks like 925 silver. This is stainless steel. They say they accept returns but when asked they email you a form and give an address in China to mail back to when I have an address on what was sent to me from mississauga. Then they say they will offer you 10% back to keep it. But take off 20% to accept it back plus the company 100% is lying it's not some sweet hippy looking lady making this jewlery and her business is selling everything because she is Retiring. Also, trust pilot itself says they are not using trust pilot properly. They say they take returns but fail to say they want you to ship it back to China and not from the address it was shipped from. On top of paying for your own shipping they say send it to China and not mississauga. Then!!!! Charge you 20%%%$ to take it back. This is a highly unethical company that it lying and cheating. I saw the trust pilot on their page but the pictures told another story so I went with that. But if you go to open trust pilot it does not open on their site.
