Appalling service. Not as advertised.

If I could give zero stars I would. The order for a washing machine was delayed twice. When it arrived the delivery men wanted to leave it in the garden! They did bring it into the bathroom but refused to unpack it or remove the old machine for recycling . Their excuse was water inside the machine. The ads for Pulsat state " delivery and installation. " This is not true. Unacceptable. Very misleading advert for products. No chance to check the condition of the machine. I would prefer to give zero stars.
