Home demo of eFoldis - So helpful and great price

Mark Grant came to my home to demonstrate the eFoldi Compass and Lite models for my elderly mother.
He couldn't have been more helpful and came with only a few days' notice.
He brought a brand new Compass with him and some very useful accessories, so I could purchase it on the spot at a very competitive price.
I couldn't ask for better service and I'm delighted.
Highly recommended company and the eFoldi.

Mark's superb knowledge about his products

I went to the Worcester store looking for a mobility scooter but knew very little about them. Mark explained the differences between and the pros and cons about each model. I needed one that would fold easily to fit in the car boot but living in Malvern also one that would cope with the ups and downs of Malvern's topography.
No pressure was applied to obtain a sale and after a couple of visits to the shop with demonstrations in their ample car park I chose the eFoldi Lite which appears to do everything I require. Many thanks Mark

Thank you

I can thank Magbility enough. My Mother had various posture issues. Saf came out and clearly explained how are chair could be adapted to my Mother's needs. It arrived just after Christmas and Saf kindly came back when my Mother was feeling better to alter her chair. Very pleased with the customer care, quality of product and delivery time.

Recently purchaced a recliner,wheel…

Recently purchaced a recliner,wheel chair and tri pod walking stick from the becketts farm shop for my mom and dad.

Paul gave my parents reasurance and great advice due to being vulnerable.

He delivered said weel chair out of hours and is a credit to the company.

My parents are more than happy with the service.

Missing Arm covers

We ordered a char which is very comfortable. the order was placed in 2022 included arm covers, the chair delivery was arranged by Paul, I remain waiting for the arm overs, I wrote to Mark in September 2024, but received no reply. It's now June 2025, I have just written again, hoping for a reply, an apology and the missing Arm Covers

Paul and his team at magbility are…

Paul and his team at magbility are amazing!! They are very prompt with dealing with any issues or queries I may have, they have had my powerchair in and have made it useable for myself by coming up with their own solutions to make it more fitting for myself! Thank you so much for always sorting out any mechanical issues too, I honestly can’t recommend Paul, saff and team enough! You will forever have my custom!!

Excellent advice and service from Mark…

Excellent advice and service from Mark at Magbility. My wife needed two new scooters, one lightweight one to keep in the car permanently, and a more robust one for going out and about. Mark offered sound advice as to what to look at, and even loaned one of the scooters for the weekend. We decided on two that were recommended, and both have proven to be excellent for my wife’s use. No pushy sales, just expert advice given, which proved to be truthful and honest. We have been asked by several people about the scooters we bought, and have recommended Mark at the Worcester Magbility shop, as we found him to be an excellent person to deal with, and very approachable. My wife Jane and I, would highly recommend Mark and Magbility. Jane and Ernie.

Dreadful company!!

Avoid! Incompetant cowboys!
I have a TGA Vita e. I sent them videos of the noise my scooter was making. They tried ignoring me for months, even hanging up on me! ( I've since found out that this is what they do! They do it to anyone that they deem to be a problem!)
They collected my scooter, had it for 3 weeks, and they claimed they'd found nothing wrong but tightened two screws. In disbelief I asked them why it had taken 3 weeks to tighten two screws? They said, I kid you not, " they are very special screws! So had to be ordered." Then the guy returning it said something else, equally unbelievable. It was sent back to me without the break being engaged ( i discovered this as i rolled into the A38, and with the nameplate prised off. So they couldn't even get their lies straight.

I sent the same video to TGA themselves. From watching the same video I'd shown Magbility. TGA identified 3 clear problems, axel needs greasing, breaks too tight, and shim washers need replacing. They came quickly and did it. I asked them about their 'very special screws,' they use standard screws. So from this I deduce that Magbility do not employ any engineers or mechanics. They lie through their teeth and are mistreating their disabled clients. Please go somewhere else if you need to buy a new scooter, Magbility are vile.

EXCELLENT SERVICE

EXCELLENT SERVICE from this family owned company. Co-owner Mark Grant brough a Monarch Air mobility scooter to my home for me to try. Friendly and knowledgable service with no sales pressure. A better deal from Mark than buying directly from the makers themselves plus the benefits of buying local. A tight fit in the small boot of my Fiesta - but it fits.

I’ve always appreciated the…

I’ve always appreciated the personalised service that I’ve received from Magbility. I could always feel confident that if I had any problems with purchases they would deal with it locally and quickly or refer back to the manufacturer to get it sorted. I recently purchased a Q50R Power Chair. Unfortunately there was a 4 month delay which was not Magbility’s fault. I am confident with their service.

Customer service hit n miss

Bought a wheelchair and powerpack. Told it would be 10days back on 6/7/23.
Powerpack not available now for another 2weeks after waiting 20days. No fault of theirs but customer service non existence. Phoned serval times no answer left msgs told then unprofessional. Finally they have lent a powerpack for 2 weeks. Got in showroom nobody about looks closed up. I'm sure salesman was snoozing in the back!!

OAP BEWARE ! Not recommended

Popped in to try to get Electric wheelchair for mum, Arranged to see a specific W/C couple of days later ! Got there with 86yr mum not there ! Called back ½hr later turned up with 3 none of which I asked for. Talked me into buying an electric kit for her perfectly good W/C ....... haven't heard anything since ? Chased several times nothing the same as their Redditch department. Think they prefer quick easy profit. DEFINITELY WOULDN'T RECOMMEND ESPECIALLY TO OAP

Poor customer service

I needed my wife's mobility scooter repaired after is was hit by a car. Magbility repaired the scooter to a high standard. However Magbility's customer service was very poor. The repair took several weeks and they did not provide updates and I had to chase them to find out if the work was completed. They also lost the scooter key. They promised to replace it but they never did so It was lucky we have a spare and thankfully Timpsons were able to cut a replacement. In short due to poor customer service I would not do business with Magbility again and I suggest you avoid them

Top class service from this family run…

Top class service from this family run business.
Visited the Becketts farm branch on Monday to see if they could assist with a part for my Pride scooter. The staff member noted the chassis number and forwarded it to their repairs department. I went for a coffee at a nearby cafe and within 20 minutes I was contacted with a price and availability of the part.
Couldn’t ask for more, service like this is few and far between.
Highly recommend.

knowledgeable and helpful staff

Salesman at the Beckeys Farm Birmingham store was very helpful. My wife went to look at auto folding scooters but he listened to her needs and recommended a different lower cost model because it would have been too heavy for her to lift in and out of the car.

She was able to test drive the mobility scooters and nothing was too much trouble to ensure she made the right choice.

There was a paperwork issue but the owner sorted this out courteously and promptly the following morning so I cannot fault the service.
