Mageplaza Reviews 

I've only had experience with their free extensions. Free products are always appreciated, but I also understand there are limitations in support. Recently, I updated to the latest version of Magento 2, and it seems there's a slight incompatibility between the new version and the extension.

I contacted support and have been in conversation with them for three weeks, but 90% of the communication has been unproductive. Due to the time difference between the US and their country, they can only respond once a day, which has contributed to the delay. In their final email, they mentioned that I would have to wait because the free extension is not their priority right now.

I understand their position, but it's still disappointing to have spent three weeks just to hear this. I don't know if their support would be better with the paid extensions but I am not sure if I would buy any from them at this moment.

Anna from Customer Service responded to my review and helped resolve the issue in a few days. I don’t understand why there was a delay of three weeks if it could be fixed so quickly, only a day. Although I can’t give them a 5-star review due to the unnecessary delay, I have increased my rating from 1 to 4 stars.

One of my clients asked me to install a module from Mageplaza but he didn't share all the module's credentials and details. I contacted Mageplaza support and after few seconds Lucy gave me all the details I needed.

Installed Mageplaza Better Blog on local dev and all worked fine and when placed live got a slight issue.

After contacting their support they came up with a simple solution and my issues were fixed within one day.
