We use several extensions from Mageworx since years now. For example the SEO suite offers a toolkit to adjust all aspects to optimize pages, categories etc. If there is a question or technical problem the support team will always answers and help quickly.

The SEO Suite Ultimate extension the best SEO extension for Magento
I installed and used MageWorx SEO Ultimate extension and Downloads for Magento 1 in last projects Magento projects for customer like Gartendeko Eden and own project.
The Magento extension Ultimate SEO extension works fine and offer a lot of functions for SEO. The extension works fine and i remember the good quality.
The File downloads & attachments extension i used successfully in the project Keybook in Germany.
MageWorx offers for me the best SEO Extension for Magento with a lot of functions and clean code.
Especially the technical and customer support are awesome.

Excellent after sales support and great product
Purchased the plugin and have used it for some time. When it was time to migrate to a newer version of Magento the export feature was a life saver. Easily tranfered images, custom options and conditionals all to our new website using a csv file.
We had some issues after migration with them compatibility and Katherine helped us over a few weeks until it was resolved.
5 star product and 5 star support.

Quick support beyond expected
Quick support. They were able to fix an issue with one of their extensions not displaying well with our custom theme, which is outside of the normal scope of support, for free.
If you've dealt with any other Magento extension developer companies, you are undoubtedly aware of the blame loop when trying to get any support. Extension companies blame the theme companies, who blame the extension companies, who blame Adobe, who blames the theme companies, etc. It's great to see a company actually stand behind their product and provide useful support.
