Great support for a great module.
We had an issue crop up with the shipping suite module after we upgraded to the latest release. Sent an email to the support team with a description of the problem and within two hours we had a patch sent to us that fixed the issue.

Excellent extension and excellent support. Enquired about an update to an extension previously purchased, received a response within a couple of hours with the info I needed and offers of further assistance if needed.
Update was installed without issues a few hours after this, no conflicts, no problems.

Well, I have dealt with quite a few Magento Plugin builders... the support of this company is absolute amazing. There were some issues with one of their modules and this was solved quickly. Replies on support requests within an hour or two.
You cannot go wrong in buying from these people!

Fast and friendly - support as you like it
I bought the SEO Suite Ultimate extension at Adobe Magento Marketplace. Problem was you cannot download the extension package there, but need to install it using "composer". That didn't work for us. I sent a message to Mageworx' support team, and they provided the download package via their own website. Everything solved in less than a day. Thank you.

Excellent extensions for Donations & Advance Custom Options
We had been using the Magento Donation for Mage1 and we are using the Mage2 version of the Donation extension again as it has all the features we needed.
We are also using the Advanced Product Options Suite because this extension has the most features compared to other extensions. Specially, we can specify the weight and quantity for each option item, which is particularly useful for us.
