Don't bother going there

Overpriced and under serviced
BE WARNED, NO TELEPHONE CONTACT NUMBER Their website is typically American/ China, you hover over a buy button and it goes with no warning, and despite cancelling straight away, I was told it was too late it was already dispatched!!!
So now I am lumbered with a very expensive dress, which I am attempting to return, at my own expense of course, postage both ways will have cost me £80 at least, plus Evri say they may have to return it to me because of Customs!!!

I now get an email from Evri saying they are requesting customs payment from Maggy London and if they don't respond they will return parcel to me
10/10/25
Maggy has refused to the return parcel and Evri can't deliver it without their OK
so now it is stuck in the return to customer backlog
HOW I WISH I HAD CHECKED OUT THIS COMPANY FIRST!!

The worst customer service-non existent.

I am still waiting for my credit from I dress I retuned after 30 days. I've sent three emails and have gotten absolutely no response. I'm very disappointed because I wanted to purchase another dress with the credit. There is no customer service phone number. It's bad business to not even acknowledge a customer.

I purchased two dresses from this …great place to shop

I purchased two dresses from this company after I saw there styles on the Today Show NBC. And the shipping was fast the prices were good and the quality of product is wonderful. I would recommend this company for online dress shopping to everyone the sizes are true to size and the pictures are very accurate of what you will receive.
