I have done 4 online purchases from this store now, the first was in December 2024 as a Christmas gift, and the the rest have been for me. All my orders arrived quickly, and were perfectly packaged to ensure that there was no damage to any of my items.
I have had two instances where something I'd ordered was out of stock and they immediately reached to find out what I'd like to substitute the missing items with, and didn't hold up my order.
They have an amazing range of Yankee Candle products, which has always been my favourite. They also offer a huge selection of other brands, which I have also recently tried and love.
The store knows how to treat customers well, and I always get a personal little note to say thanks for my business. I've also recieved sample scents - I don't know if they send these sample scents based on my purchase, but they send things I will definitely be trying with my next purchase - and there will be more!
They have an amazing range, and I hope to one day go to their physical store to find some new scents I might like.

Customer Care wise all ok, they submit their feedback instantaneously which I appreciated - however the fact that do not accept Paypal is not so ideal. I decided to go against my gut feeling and placed an order - hopefully it will arrive and hopefully arrives intact. Unfortunately the appointed courier does not come with positive reviews, but nevertheless have decided to still place an order - Will update my review once I receive the shipment.
I ordered goods from their online shop in November 2024. They gave me a tracking number, but the parcel never arrived. I wrote many e-mails to them, but they did nothing to help me. They stopped answering my e-mails. I lost almost 100 Euros.
