Sent the WRONG item and no help offered
They sent a Berserk jacket (which arrived much later than expected) without any of the embroidery elements. It was just a plain black jacket. When I contacted them, they offered a $6 refund on a $100 jacket lol then said I could return the item to China at MY cost. I should have known better. SCAM site! They are rude and unwilling to help. Hopefully PayPal will take care of this.
