I didn't want to leave a review but the service was so bad
I feel like an idiot after buying from this site, but despite the unprofessional appearance of the site I went ahead.
Communication was not great and when I received an email saying the order was 'Complete' I chased up to get the shipping info.
When my item finally arrived it was clear that it was not the item advertised but a smaller and cheaper variant. When I informed the seller of this an email chain ensued where the seller would not budge an inch. Among the responses were: "the pics look the same to me", "I actually do buy just a pic of a box", "It simple bk really I work from home I also got to make" and finally "I've been selling now for 5 years never had a issue any way not going to gone on about it u got what u paid for and a £5 gift card have a lovely week"
The whole point of my complaint is I did not get what I paid for, having given proof to the seller. The gift card, which was nothing to do with my complaint, will not be used. The thought of ordering even the smallest further thing from this site makes me feel sick. I'd say to others not to risk ordering from this site.
