Scam site advertising 100% double up cedit that took over 4 hours to get, just for it to then be in game credit.
What a load of.... please dont use the site its a scam!

Deposited and withdrew 300 with money still there to play and account been locked. Now been 1 in queue for support for over an hour

I have played Wish upon a jackpot in other sites and when you deposit money without using bonus I have activated Bonus with 3 books appearing 2 times with one god fairy showing up for £20 !

Here I have deposited £20 and god fairy disappeared 2 times which is normal as I know it does, but received zero bonus with second deposit I made of £20!

In total I had 4 fairy god disappeared and 1 showed up and fessed 3/4 pounds on 20p bet of course!

I wanted to check if I will stay longer in game if I play on 20p, but that is nearly impossible as Bonus system of 3 books doesn't appear for 380 turns, can you believe this :-)

I have calculated how many times I have pressed by 20p. Usually 40 pounds divided by 0.20p is 200 times, however it did won small amounts just to keep me just a bit inside.

I have a honest opinion regarding people rating this app with more than 3 stars as fake !

Not curious really regarding money I lost, but the fact that with Wish upon a jackpot in every 60 turns you get 3 books no matter what in other sites, here for 380 turns I get at least 4 disappearing fairy god and zero 3books bonus!

I take back my previous glowing review. My MV account is now locked and my deposited funds confiscated because they didn't like my bonus usage. If there are ways to use the bonus in a manner deemed unacceptable, then MV should close down those ways surely. Instead they choose to leave this 'entrapment' open and then close you down/steal your balance.

one star is too much for this site.
You barely get any bonus rounds and when you do get you are very close to win big but they always pay just the mini jackpot in every game.
I got repeatedly full bonus on games like 20 or 50 free spins in bet of 2 pounds and got 0.45 pence.
I have screenshots of this happening repeatedly.
They are all staged as soon as you get to a certain amount winning no way you can win anymore and if you try other slot in couple of min all money will be gone.
Avoid as I just lost here nothing regarding luck and is not even any fun site always gives errors and resets you from start.

This is the worse place I ever played, games never give you free spin or bonus, you can play the same game over and over and no free spin our bonus, they give you bonus money and don't tell you where you can play, when contact customer support, bla bla that game are regulated etc, how came you play £1 bet or 0.20p bet and still now bonus or free spin.

I originally gave this site great reviews but over the past month or so I feel totally ripped off and when they give you a bonus, I can only say don't play it as you'll always win big but you'll not get it.... feel the site is now devious and I will now go back to other sites that don't do this underhand tactics

I signed up to magical vegas with a £10 deposit. After playing some slots i managed to get some good wins taking my balance too £142 (great i know) but then, the problems started. I tried to withdraw this amount and my account was instantly locked. I had to send a stupid amount of i.d to verify myself, I was informed this can take upto 72hrs for the verification process to be completed. 72hrs pass and still nothing. On the 5th day i get an email asking for more information as some of the information i provided wasn't suitable but was listed on their website as a form of i.d. anyway, i obviously want my winnings so i comply with their requests and send more "suitable" information about myself. A week after it all began, i then get access back into my account and my winnings are still on my account, so i made a request for withdrawal. I still haven't received my winnings despite their promise of it been paid within 15mins of request. They are happy to take my £10 deposit and allow me to gamble without any confirmation i am who i say i am. I made a couple of phone calls and was told too wait it out as the verification process can take longer than the 72hrs proposed. This site really do make it as difficult as they possibly can to pay out. I'd won fair and square but yet they couldn't swallow that and payout. The whole process has been an absolute disgrace on their side. Theirs many other sites, who aren't as difficult as these, and my advice would be stay well clear of this app/site as you will be left disappointed. I deposited, i won, and you don't want to payout. Looking at the rest of your not so fantastic 1 star reviews you should be shut down. You're an embarrassment too the well established gambling sites and you really shouldn't be taking people's money if you're going to make it as difficult as you have for me to get my winnings.

I signed up for this site, upon trying to play blackjack it was going Smooth (Not talking about losses/wins) I'm talking about connectivity issues, After wagering for example £5 / It asked me to reload the game) upon reloading the game the £5 vanishes (Not waged remember) i proceed to try another few times with different amounts and still have the same issue even a few times after winning it doesn't show funds, I did it more times and recorded the process to give the Technical team a video evidence that I'm not lying

My recommendations to first time/new customers is to record on your phone your game play (Luckily my phone has an instant record feature) to record the gameplay) so if you have any issues you have evidence.

I'v'e looked at my Game play history where it shows i wagered without any win/loss it just says the wagered amount

also upon signing up for the website and depositing it didn't show in Browser account, but on mobile it shows, which is strange. and i tried to clear cookies/cache

Just be cautious when first playing with this website and i'm hoping to get this resolved asap.

ii recorded a 14 minute video of me having these issues and will pass it onto Magical Vegas, and hope i get ALL my money back that randomly got taken, else i will have to report this further.

1 star is too much for Magical Vegas.The worst site ever.Guys be careful they counted each pound as a winning return to the player.As a new customer they give some wins just to trust them.After just taking money, and give 1 or 5 or 20 pounds.So dont join them.I have closed my account after losing a big amount of money.This site must be closed.Constant errors as well.I cannot understand what are they doing in UK, they should be reported to UKGC.

Been playing on magical Vegas for a while now and I've never had any problems with them iv won and lost withdrawals are fast payout great games its one of my favourites

Probably one of the worst bonuses you'll ever get your limited to 15 games you can play on and So if you put a 100 pound on they give you 100 pound and wagering requirement is 10000 pounds So you will basically lose no matter what you do Because you will constantly go on the same slots because you don't have a choice

Awful site I used to love it but not anymore,they give you free spins on the promotion but don’t tell you which game it’s on you have to try them all and none of them work plus it’s 50x wagering not worth bothering with ,try and email them and get a reply if you are lucky six weeks later ,just to add they have since blocked my ability to make a deposit not just on here but also on their sister sites have asked the others why but had no reply from any of them just rude

Do not listen to the negative reviews. I baked £13000 in total in one day then another £2300 the next day. The ID checks took longer than normal but that was down to me not submitting the correct things. Once verified the money was in my bank with 2 hours , all three times! Excellent site and would defo recommend

I think people lose and then start blaming the site which is ridiculous I started off losing then had a nice run and was up £20 or £30 I continued playing lost £20 and ended £10 up.
I could have won £30 buy I chose to carry on that's not the sites fault is it !!

Well just like the rest of the reviews on here I am also not happy with this site . Can not even reply to them by there email links keeps saying invalid address . The game play sucks keeps lagging freezing the reels don’t fall right not a very enjoyable game site to play they have a bad server you think it being a uk base site it would not have this problem gay spins was the same they mite be the same they both have the same platform and same issue. If you play and win the first time your sign up take the money as after that they just take take take .

Shocking site,deposited over £150 on one game and it took my money had one win of £19.20 never had a bonus never had a feature,this has happened on quite a few games I've played on this site! I'm well out of pocket never had issues on other casi of sites,so I would avoid save your money play elsewhere!
