After checking out two other companies, we very quickly discovered that “Magical Weddings” was the best choice for us. We are very happy with the beautiful ceremony which this lovely company organised for us.
Every single thing was beautifully done and we love the most wonderful lady who was taking care of us, her name is Grethe, with her experience and a great personality she made it even more special. Absolutely everything was arranged for us including witnesses and the ceremony itself extremely intimate, personal and wonderful.
Thank you for being there for us on our special occasion and for making it more meaningful!

We try 2 Times with the Company and 2nd WE geht married but you need to Note If you marry in Denmark they not accapt euro everywere and also you need a paycard I wish you all who read this a magical wedding like ours

Everything went smoothly and exactly as planned. The service was just as discussed beforehand, and we couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. The whole team was very friendly and professional, and special thanks to Grethe – she was incredibly kind and helpful throughout the entire process. Highly recommended!

We got married on 7th January in the town hall of Stevns . Grethe and her team are absolutely amazing . They guided us and made sure everything went smoothly . We are so thankful that such an outstanding service like this exists for international couples .

Magical wedding is the best wedding agency I have ever seen. They made my wedding so easy and beautiful. Ms. Grethe was very helpful in making my wedding successful. Our wedding wasn't planned long before, but we always knew that it will be a romantic day just for two of us. Two weeks before the date we decided to get married in Copenhagen and Grethe from MW helped us with everything that we needed for this special day! Thank you for everything! Organization was on high level, from the car (brand new Mercedes was found just one day before wedding) to the place for dinner (somehow Grethe found for us a table in famous Alchemist, unbelievable!!!). Also very grateful for photographer, Nick is really talented and professional, it was really a pleasure!
Magical Weddings really makes dreams come true!

We were absolutely delighted with Grethe and the service she has provided. Everything was as we wanted. We were in a daily contact with the company and they took care of everything. Ladies at the office are very helpful and answered all our questions.

Nothing magical about it
Planning a destination wedding requires trust that the company you are using is going to do everything possible to ensure you have your special day and not let you down. Sadly this was not our experience with Magical Weddings.

After engaging magical weddings to host our wedding in the old Hojerup church 10 months prior to the wedding date, we were assured that they would, as advertised on their website at the time, cater for our guests and assist with organising a drinks reception etc. In short, they did none of the sort. They told us 8 months later to organise the drinks ourselves, and never provided a quote for the transport.

In attempting to do the above we found out 8 weeks before our wedding that they hadn't booked the Church (we have this in writing from the church) and it was pure luck the day was still available.

This was all beyond disappointing, a breach of our trust (we paid much more as a deposit than was required, to cover any expenses), stressful, and costly, especially as they have refused to give us our money back (**UPDATE: They have now contacted us and offered to pay less than we would have got had we cancelled the wedding, even though we never cancelled, and we have it in writing that they chose not to provide the services), and we had to find other people to assist us to ensure we get our special day.

Consequently, I can only say booking through magical weddings comes with a health warning.

NB: This review was removed as days before our wedding date we were contacted by the owner's lawyer by e-mail and told that if it was not removed then our wedding would be sabotaged. Cowardly maybe but we couldn't risk having all our guests arrive from around the world and not be able to get married.

We have still not received the money owed to us and despite us having everything in writing the owner is still denying cancelling her services, and has made every excuse not to pay us the money owed.
I could not sleep at night knowing there are other people potentially having the same awful experience. Everything written in this review is the truth and can be backed up with written evidence.

Grethe, thank you for the effort in making our wedding possible in record time and the most beautiful place in the country.

We can wholeheartedly recommend the service. Everything was executed beautifully and this made our day effortless and special.

With the great wedding arrangement by Grethe ( Magical Wedding ), it was a well organized and wonderful overseas wedding trip to us. We didn't have any worry before we set off our trip to Denmark as all documents were reviewed and pre-approved by Grethe and the town hall.

Besides, the arrangement of the wedding was great without any compliant. And the Højerup Old Church was a gem with 850 years history, its balcony overlook the ocean and cliffs in which you won't forget such a precious moment to have wedding there.

Finally, we would like to thank Grethe again here, there were nothing to worry for the trouble preparation on documents and venue. As well, her wedding cake is super delicious !

We had our wedding at the most romantic and beautiful Old Hojerup Church, Stevns Klint overlooking the Baltic Sea . :)It was so beautifully organized by Magical Weddings- the church was decorated with beautiful flowers and candles, and a beautiful red carpet was laid for our wedding dance. It was so beautiful with the violinist playing music all the time. Paper work, cake and champagne, love birds, videographer, photographer, celebration at the restaurant were all just perfect and as agreed with Magical Weddings. The wedding planner was personally present there to take care of everything. No words to describe how beautiful and perfect the wedding was❤️ .We and our guests had a wonderful memorable event in our lives. We would highly recommend Magical Weddings:)
