Order for Christmas 3 weeks ago.
Mailed them 10 days ago & they guaranteed me I would get the item for Christmas.
They mailed me last week to tell me it was on the way, but still hasn't arrived so I mailed them again today - it's 'waiting for a courier' - I think that means it's not on the way - but now that it's 'shipped' I guess I can't cancel the order so that's one less present for Christmas!
