Update - both sets of cards that I ordered did eventually arrive, it just took ages and several communications back and forth with the seller. -- my original review --- I ordered playing cards from this company - they have multiple websites including coolplayingcards.co.uk but the order confirmation lists magicbox.uk.com as the contact address. I placed my order on 17th October and still have not received my cards and they are not even showing as dispatched in my SHOP app. I called them and they said they would "get back to me". Then all of a sudden coolplayingcards.co.uk has been redirected to magicbox.uk.com and now they're not answering the phone.

What a wonderful website and company for all things magic. I'll be honest, i was a little apprehensive about placing an order. I had never ordered from Magicbox before, and saw there was no trust pilot reviews. Well lets put that right now.
I found Magicbox while searching for some D'lite thumb tips.After hitting the usual sites and find they were all with out of stock or did not sell the items i wanted, i began to search further a field. No one had these classic and still the best of their kind thumb tips, I thought i was gonna have to go searching abroad, and pay silly postage costs. But then along came Magicbox, not only are they the only ones still stocking this particular product. It was also for a great price to.
Just to try and gauge MAgicbox and to put my own apprehensions at ease, but also because i needed to make sure my order would arrive in time for a trip i had coming up. I emailed the company to confirm the products where genuine D'lites and that the order would arrive in time for my trip. I sent the email approx 7pm, not expecting a response until the next day due to the time. However, just over an hour later i got a response from Graeme. Very polite and assured me my order would arrive in time and that he would make sure it would be posted the next day.
Sure enough my order arrived within a few days and well in time for my trip.
So happy to have found this little gem of a shop and will be back again. It is now certainly up there with my first go to places for anything magic related.
