Fraud company. Never buy their plans. If you deactivate your listing for any changes, then you cannot see the listing again without posting a new one, only brockers will contact you and no genuine tenants. Even after taking titanium listing you have to pay more again to see the contact number of potential tenants. They made teh site so hard to use so that we will never expect anything good from it and finally leave after paying. Useless website which is looting money of the people without providing any valuable services. Both mobile app and website are useless and waste of time and money. Stay away!!!!!!!!!!!.

Magicbricks flooding me with unknown customers asking me to "approve or reject". No information is provided about the customers buying range, area preferred, type of accommodation etc. When I call them 90% of them don't reply and those who reply reject the flat for above reasons. In this process my allotted number of customers (100 in the scheme in 90 days) are getting consumed. I have alredy consumed 60 in 15 days. Their customer care is just for the name sake and of no use.

Agent asked me to take plan to get tenant early and they will be verified tenant and force to do payment of Rs 2000.after they received payment no verified tenant information is received.i got those response who are not looking property in my area or they have already taken property. Do not take any plan from them..they are cheating customer

Worst app I had ever seen. It’s impossible to reach owner of property or get any details of property. Multiple notifications which are useless coz. We cannot see or get any information of the property .. WTF… is this ?? Who is using this?? Never visit this again ..

"I had a terrible experience with MagicBricks' Assisted Selling service. Despite promises of a dedicated relationship manager and a two-month package, not a single lead or prospective buyer was arranged in this period. Weekly updates from Aryan their relationship manager were repetitive and unhelpful, with no progress. Even my request to speak with a senior was ignored. This service is a waste of money and completely ineffective. Avoid falling for their promises—they're just fooling people and draining their money.

I expected Magicbricks to be a reputable platform, which is why I invested in a premium package to sell my property in Hyderabad. Living abroad, I assumed paying a premium would mean quality service—but I couldn’t have been more wrong. The website itself is poorly designed and doesn’t even accommodate international users properly. They don’t have a process to send OTPs to non-Indian numbers, forcing us to rely on family or friends in India just to log in.

Despite purchasing the "Titanium" package, the so-called "customer support" staff listed on the website for my area couldn’t care less about responding or helping, as if I’m asking for a favor rather than a paid service. If I could rate it, I’d go beyond one or two stars; it’s a negative 5-star experience from a current user’s perspective.

I highly doubt Magicbricks will even acknowledge this, let alone improve. My main goal here is to caution others so they don’t waste their time and money like I did.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with MagicBricks. Their customer service is abysmal; calls and emails went unanswered for weeks. The contacts provided in their paid packages often turned out to be fake or unhelpful. Furthermore, the website's functionality is poor, with constant glitches making it a frustrating experience. I regret investing my time and money in their services.

Magic bricks is a fraud company, they have connections with the people who does Fraud and MB people provide all the information to those. Your information will be passed to them. It is waste of time looking for the leads.

Major scam practice in #MagicBricks One of the worst ever service. Cheating customers in the name of INDIA's NO1 COMPANY IN REAL ESTATE. After paying Rs 10,000/- subscription, I get to know bonehead ridiculous non-integrate system and service of #MagicBricks & CEO #sudhirpal. MB's marketing team very strong to cheat people and generate revenue to MB & #SudhirPai but customer service hides from responsibilities. Past 45 days I'm under frustration because of fake commitment and Bogus service from MB, MB family is having lavish life and strong cruses from innocents.

All the contacts which comes as response to the paid package ad are fakes.
Mb just provides contacts to fulfil the number of contacts entitled according to money paid.and then they will keep sending more contacts and ask for more money.

They asked me to upgrade for better listing of my property and I paid 2000 Inr. After that i see there is no update on my profile and when I asked for details of a buyer they want me tonupgrade again by saying 4000Inr. ITS A SCAM !!!

MAGICBRICKS is a Fraud . I paid 1599 as pro customer after that I got few calls from agents not a single owner number I found . If I click on owner contact details it was asking to get Pro payment once again . One of the nonsense service . Please save ur money and don’t do any payment I request n beg everyone. MB is really a MC . I wish I have power to Sue MB . Will see how far will u go by looting peoples .

I haven't used the titanium pro package that I took. Additionally, the customer service representatives don't answer our questions; instead, they merely advise us to compose a message for a computerized response. Even though they are unable to assist us in this situation, we will receive many calls asking for assistance with the item.

Worst site, No support, not a single call received from any buyer. only collected money for registration and then no response. Be careful and do not register.

MagicBricks was a Mistake. Despite the fact of viewing negative reviews about this company, I still moved ahead to get their paid package, as they claimed and convinced to have hot leads and few immediate buyers (investors). Turns out not a single reach from company's side or from a lead/investor side. Audacity peaks when MagicBricks call after their package is expiring to get it renewed so that they keep us in a subscription loop to pull out as much money possible. There is no guarantee on sale, no documentation on marketing activities performed, zero leads, no possible measurable solution, no payment after sale, no refund as well. Guys, please please save yourself from spending a single penny to magicbricks. I'll post on every single domain possible.
