Great experience with Magic Decor!
Jeevan did a wonderful job with my wallpaper installation. Everything was done on time and looked beautiful. The wallpaper quality and texture are really good. He was very helpful, always available to solve any issues, and even brought lovely presents. Really happy with the service.

If its there a negative point far beyond this,I would rate -1000. These are so greedy people especially if you are ordering from abroad. They did not do the Quality check,even no minimal checks on the quantities and accessories ordered. And in return they demanded a unbox video stating that they have packed everything. They missed the protective caps for the blinds as well as the blind dimensions were also wrong. Sick people they are pls dont fall prey for these idiots as they dont care once you pay the money. I have raised a complaint to Consumer forum as well.

One of worst customer service they have .. I am looking to consumer fraud case against them. They customer service team are just trained with few fancy words and their seniors will never call back.. you ask your money back they are not ready to give.. worst experience. They have still not delivered my blinds order given on 25th May 2025.

Worst company, they are bunch of fraud who promise for 2 days delivery and deliver post 1.5 months.
Even after 1.5 months, product is incomplete with incorrect prints.
Customer support is a joke that just give assurance and does nothing.
Even giving warning for police complaint is not working, looking ways to file consumer complaint on them.

My boring walls are now super colourful and lively , Product quality is good and installation was done on time and peacefully , team support was really good special mention to Mr. Nandan for helping me thought.

I’m super happy to magic decor service. You guys create magic in my walls I loved it so much definitely gonna check for next time.

Too good quick installation very professional

The quality of the wallpapers is amazing. My house has a new look. The service was prompt and the completion of work has be on time.

Worst experience with Magic Decor. I regret taking decision of selecting them over others. No response from any of their assigned team.. Sales guy Harish is become Mr India now no response nothing. They ensured they collected entire money and now no response they said they will do installation same day and now again no response for installation.Others please read through the reviews before taking decision.

This is a fraud company that took complete payment for binds before delivering.

They delivered incorrect measurement and installation was not done due to wrong measurements.

It has been over 3 months and no response from the company.

Now I am stuck with wrong measurement of binds without any way to install them while they have taken the complete payment including installation charges.

Fraud company, I would raise a legal complaint against them

My experience with Magic Decors has been extremely disappointing. While they were quick and responsive during the sales phase, their post-installation support has been utterly unprofessional.

After installation, I noticed a clear shade variation in the wallpaper and an improper alignment with a visible middle line. Even the installation team acknowledged it and said it might settle after drying — it didn’t.

Despite sharing videos and photos, the customer support team kept denying the issue, claiming everything was fine from their end without even inspecting the site. It took multiple emails and persistent follow-ups just to get them to agree to send someone for a basic repair and shade check. Even then, no one has been assigned or contacted me for a visit.

Their so-called "quality assessment team" judged everything remotely — a poor excuse to avoid accountability. The entire email thread shows how the company tries to escape responsibility and refuses to take real action unless pushed hard.

Magic Decors might be good at closing sales, but if anything goes wrong after installation, don’t expect help. Worst service experience I’ve had. I strongly suggest choosing another vendor who actually values customers beyond the sale.

I am interior designer. Everyday we will work with so many vendors, however i never had this worse experience with magic decor. their response is only good at sales but not the support. i have bought 3 customized wallpapers from magic decors, its been 2 months still installation is not happend. Sales guy Soubagya wont answer the calls. i run behind them as i prepaid the money. otherwise i would have gone to some other vendor.

Magicdecor provided & delivered best product and makes my home look more beautiful.
One more reason why i trust magicdecor is because of the help & assistance mr chinmay has provided.he was there entirely in the process with us.
