Installation was shoddy. I have raised a complaint but even after 2 weeks there has been no response from the co. The entire team is non responsive, starting with the sales person, the installation coordinate and customer service is zero. No one takes your calls and no one is interested in the customer once money is received.

Ritesh & Mohit guided me well and was responsible end to end.

Great collection of wallpapers and one did make it to my taste. The timely delivery of sample and product is appreciated. The installation was done to perfection!

Think twice before ordering from Magic Decor! Got defective wallpaper, but their support vanishes post-purchase—phone doesn’t connect & customer care ignores you.

Though I have a horrible experience with magic decor ...
I booked for magic decor for a wall poster in my clinic as backdrop (half wall) ..on October 14.. decided design in five minutes and paid full payment in ten minutes..
But for only God knows, it took four months and after repeated beggings and calls, finally they installed on 13 February ..

But I would like to appreciate one man Ritesh, who used to take calls and patiently tried to deal with others in team and finally helped me solve the issue..
That clearly shows the lapses in the system and i request management to dig deeper in the best interest of growth of magic decor..

If not for ritesh , i would have definitely sued in consumer forum atleast for all the worst experience.

I have opted for the wallpapers and blinds from the magic decor. It was a great experience. The process they followed is excellent. The salesperson will come to the home, and they'll take the measurements, and they'll explain the about the materials. The step is they'll assign a coordinator for our job,, Ritesh. He followed up with us very well in every aspect and allowed me to go with the exquisite wallpapers and blinds from Magic Decor, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The entire process they employed was remarkably efficient and well-organized. Initially, a salesperson visited my home to take precise measurements and thoroughly explain the available materials.

Once that was completed, they assigned a dedicated coordinator, Ritesh, to oversee our project. Ritesh was exceptional in his role, consistently following up with us on every detail and ensuring we felt supported throughout the process. He provided us with highly competitive pricing and paired us with a talented designer who crafted a stunning design tailored to our preferences. Everything unfolded smoothly, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the result! We used the best Prius. Ritesh assigned a designer to us, and the design was good. Everything went well.

Everything was great right from the measurement of wall till installation. Process was smooth and was able to select the texture of the papers. Was given good designs and was allowed to make configurations.

Every conversation was very helpful with the team...
Mr. Dev was really cooperative and specially he was answering each n every call even if he was on a leave, Also he arranged the person for installation so quickly whenever requested....
Mr.Mohit was also there for the designing and was helping us to customize the wallpaper design on point like we want...
Overall it was a great experience working with Magic decor...

Good support from Ashutosh and shivanandam from magic decor team. Initially I have faced lot of issues in customising and fixing the wallpaper but they involved promptly and make things happened in a fast manner and completed the activities very smoothly.

Amazing experience working with the team, initially I was apprehensive and wanted to explore local options but one of my friend suggested to try them as he has ordered wallpaper from Magic decor. Special thanks to my SPOC Mahesh, Jivan and designer Prem for the support and help.

Cons: They take their sweet time to complete as they make the wallpaper after we order and design also takes time too.

Wanted to put some magic to my place got exactly wnat i wanted from Magic Decor, and I am very happy with the quality. The designs are modern and look great in my home. My place now feels total new. I totally recommend this kinda business doing people.

My experience was really good, I ordered the Tropical Wallpaper, delivery was super quick and for the installation also their expert came .The wallpaper looks absolutely stunning ,I love it .

Moved seamlessly from order booking to selection, approval ,execution to installation.The team of Gulshan,Ramakant,Anwar, Dushanee & Pragya did a Wonderful job. Highly recommended.
