Magicpin is looting money from Cloud Kitchens, starting they charged 1770/- and they told me every month you can get 60 orders per month but i am not receiving the orders and also they are giving 50% discount per order without my permissions,

if i put Egg Rice - 120/- cost for one item in menu

Discount - 60/- (50% discount)
Commission - 18/- (30% commission on 60/-)
GST & Other charges - 20/- (GST & Platform Fee)
Total Cutting s - 108/-
after all cuttings you just earn - 12/- per order ?
if i sale 100 orders = 50 X 12 = 600/-
if you earn 600/- in overall month, they don't give you full amount, they just give you withdraw option for 190/- and they cut the 300/- per month for publicity charges.
so i want to complaint on magicpin.com

literally a bunch of scammers i would say this app is like the customer centered policy is the worst expect no refunds in any cases no customer supoort the worst

Worst food delivery company keep on changing the menu. price are very high, false discounts please don't buy from there.

Worst experience ever almost 1 hour is completed still my order is not received and her customer care is soo poor

I bought a magicpin package for an assured sales target of 35000 in 6 months
I am duped cheated , magic pin did not make any effort to achieve sales target committed by them on paper.

A poorly governed company with bad ethics and third rated customer service
The business modal is built to fleece and cheat its customers in name of assured sales package to retailers and restaurants
How can any angel investor even consider supporting such company business modal that only believes in acquiring merchants and duping them of money. I have written and tried to connect with magic pin staff and management many times but only faced with stoned virtual walls with no resolution in sight
I would like all stakeholders ( investors , suppliers, Media, Job seekers etc ) to know that association with an unethical company like magic pin having dubious trade practices is best avoided

Yea it's cheap. And is good.

But the main issue is the time!
I ordered my food, and it was saying that it will be delivered in 30mins, then after 30 mins it became 1hr, and after an hour, it got to 1.5hrs. and idk that how much time will they take. The delivery person on the map is showing in the same location, from the time i ordered!

It's cheap, but not fast.
That's all that I wanted to say!

Good app i like it. It really saves money on a particular place. But not acceptable on every place. So that point i not like. It must be acceptable on every place.
