Beautiful products and caring, helpful, expert customer service that exceeded my expectations in all respects. The runner is not only gorgeous, but it is perfect in our foyer, a beautiful, welcoming statement!
I recently moved into a new apartment. I needed quite a few area rugs for the new space and ended up ordering four different carpets from Magic Rugs (not all at once). I had questions about each order and was able to reach a person (not some AI bot) easily every single time. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful, answering all my questions. The four carpets I received were of excellent quality and looked even better than the pictures on the website. One had a VERY small defect, so I called and informed them. They were so friendly and helpful. They immediately sent out a replacement, which I received in 3 days (at no cost to me)! Their product is great, and their service is even better!
