Absolutely awful sizing is completely wrong not as stated. 14/16 is more like 8/10.
Returns even worse the just keep offering everything to avoid a return e.g.
- another size for £10 and keep the original dispose of as you wish.
- 50% refund and keep the unwanted item.
- To make the process easier for you, we can process a refund for your order minus the £10.99 postage fee, and you would not need to return the item. Saving you a trip to the post office!
They just don’t want to provide a return address which is in China! The cost they estimate for return is £10.99.

Don't be fooled by UK Website. Product comes from China, is a cheap copy and returns are at your expense to China. As others, wish I had read researched on Trudtpilot first

I stumbled across the advert and decided to buy...didn't realise I would have to wait so long for delivery! But overallbi am pleased.

Bought 2 different size zip up body suits, quality not good for the price. Transit times are shocking as being shipped from China, returns at own expense back to China
Absolute joke of a company and wish I had read the reviews before I purchased! I was unaware these were shipped from China until the tracking was sent, I tried to cancel and they couldn't as it was already dispatched.

I am another person wishing I had read these reviews / paid £30 for tummy control pants for wedding supposedly from uk company to only discover after ordering that they coming from china - no returns policy - do not trust the scam reviews reviews on their website / item not fit for purpose - I only wish I had seen the trust pilot reviews first

What a load of rubbish. These shapers are not fit for purpose. They are cheap and nasty and certainly don’t look anything like their adverts. Why can companies get away with charging a lot of money for extremely shoddy goods.

The item was not as described, I emailed to request returns info to be told I could £10 for another item but NO return! Sure this is illegal when the item is not as described. Do not buy from this company!

What made experience a good one because I followed you measuring advice. I didn't just use my usual size. Your sizing worked well. The magic pants are quite pretty and do there work as promised to not roll down.

Very happy with quality of product, and speed of assistance.
The only thing I have found is I don't seem to have measured quite right and found I needed a smaller size-assistance was excellent throughout.

Good customer service and a quick response to my query

Very disappointed with the tiny knickers that turned up today. Flimsy and far too small for the size large that I bought. They definitely don’t do the job of compressing in the stomach, they just roll down. They are so tight it is painful and I am a size 10-12. A large should be fine.

It’s a con company that provides things that aren’t fit for purpose. Also took ages to arrive from China.

Don’t buy. It’s just tat.

Really wished id read reviews on here before I ordered Magicshaper UK what a joke the item came from China, would never have ordered if Id have known. Only realised when I went on tracking, too late to cancel (I orderded Spanx from Amazon they were as described and perfect). The item arrived after 2 weeks, could not believe what my item was, the material was thick ribbed and it was a thong not even knickers with boning in the sides !!. Absolutely hideous more like a surgical compression garment . Totally unwearable. No point in trying for a refund if you have to send them back to sodding China. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I want to cancel my order after reading these reviews and I don’t see no refund polices shipping takes so long they tricked me about magic shaper is in the uk and it’s not

I really wish I had come on here and read the reviews before I stupidly ordered from here. I now have two miracle suits that don’t fit me in length and customer services have been avoiding my emails saying they are very busy (not surprisingly I would expect with complaints). They advised me that their UK returns address is experiencing technical difficulties and therefore all returns are being processed in Asia! And as a goodwill gesture they will refund me less £10 per item ! So it’s basically going to cost me £20 to return the goods. At no point on their website does it advise of a charge. Other reviews below suggest I am not alone and the company is basically scamming every customer the same way.
Please do not order from here, they are a complete con and are robbing customers of money. You won’t get a full refund at all, so do not even risk it. Don’t be a fool like I have been!
