Both deliveries were on time and well packaged.
The quality for both illusions was fantastic.
I called them a couple of weeks ago for some advice, they were extremely helpful.
Can’t recommend them enough.

Great customer service, well stocked Magic Shop with easy user friendly website. Their monthly Mystery Box for £35 is a complete bargain, I got nearly £200 worth of Magic in lt last month.

Hi Michael,
I'm really sorry to hear there is an issue with your recent order.
You reached out to us on the 7th of July with an email that just said:
“Return returns label please for refund”
We replied back asking you to give some details about the nature of the return. That’s a much faster way to look after you . If the item is faulty, we can just send you out a replacement or issue a refund without having to have the item back so we asked for you to send some photos or a short video from your phone to show the issue so we can also show that to the manufacturer.
You then replied just this line:
“Return returns label please for refund”
We’ve been reached out again saying that you are welcome to return the item if you wish if it isn’t faulty as long as it’s returned back in as new unused condition. If it is faulty, simply sending a photo or a short video to show the problem will save you having to send it back and we can replace it or refund you in full.
You replied just this line : “It’s worthless garbage so send returns label for full refund”
and then posted this review.
Happy to help you. If it’s faulty please let us see the issue and we can organise shipping the item back at our expense or simply refunding you without needing it back. If you’ve changed your mind and just want to return the item, you are still welcome to do that too, and we’ve already given you the details to return the package

Cards sticking when shuffling Get Fanning Powder!
I use Tarot cards, and i bought new new Tarots cards however when i shuffled the cards some would stick together, like 6 or 8, i Google and found Fanning Powder, bought product scanned the IQ code on the pepper pot, yeah it looks like one, which takes you to a video on instructions on how to use the powder, watch it it tells you how do it, the only thing i would add is, get a bigger bag, bigger the better, make sure there's no holes in the back. 100% great.
