Magic wipe not quite up to the hype!

Really prompt service and package arrived quickly.
The Magic Wipe doesn't quite live up to your advertising. It is great to dry surfaces especially the glass shower doors. Doesn't get rid of lime scale (wasn't sure that it would), doesn't leave a water resistant film as shown in the advertising either.
Good and thirsty though and makes drying of the shower glass a bit quicker.

I still have not received my refund

I still have not received my refund. This whole saga has been going on almost 3 months. Other reviews say practically the same as me. Cloths are not worth the money, the communication between customer and MagicWipe is practically non existent. Lisa Stocker, Customer Care, claims to be refunding me but the refund never appears. It does not take this long! The whole company is a scam and yet they are still advertising on Instagram! This is serious now as we are just taken advantage of. Total charlatans, do not buy!

I have written a review previously, but it does no good to continually add to a previous one after you have done it a few times! I am now nearly at my 12 months anniversary of not receiving my wipes (the date I have put on this is maybe a month or so adrift). I know it's only £19.99 which isn't much in the wide wide world. But why should these charlatans get away with it time and time again? They promised me a refund after 9 or 10 months of excuses and none delivery. Then they promised me a refund and asked me to remove my negative review..... obviously no refund and no delivery of cloths. £19.99 isn't a huge amount but 10 people... 20 people, 100 people! Huge amounts are involved. I am nothing to them, there are probably 1000s of me that's a huge amount of money! I wish I had that dishonesty in me. Absolutely disgusting. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Do not buy these

Do not buy these, I bought them and gave an honest one star review and it has been taken down. Trust Pilot are saying it's not genuine, even though I provided evidence of it being a genuine purchase. So bad.

Rubbish cloths rubbish company

I purchased what I thought was thick cleaning cloths as per the ad on Facebook and instagram.
What I got was rubbish Chinese thin cloths that aren’t worth $2.
I paid $50aud for 7 cloths
What an idiot I got scammed.
I emailed the company magicwipes.com, to my surprise I got a response after two days but I probably got the response because I commented on their Facebook page how rubbish the goods are.
That’s were the good news stops, they apologized and then want to charge me £14.99 for postage back to their company in ‘Germany’
Yeah right - that’s more that what I paid for the rubbish cloths. Order 57107
Edit: you also write nice replies but you actually don’t help. A total refund is the only way

I have come back to edit this review. The black towels and the smaller size ones are really good, I would highly recommend them. I wasn't happy with my thin kitchen wipes as the threads all separated with the first wipe but I have now received a refund.

I recently purchased 2 Magic wipe cloths, with a certain amount of disbelief. However I must say they are the first things bought on line that is true to their description. They just absorb spills,dry shower screens etc., leaving everything clean and shiny.

Love my Magic Wipes

Love my Magic Wipes, they do exactly what is advertised. I was a little concerned after reading reviews as l very rarely order anything online, too afraid of scammers. Also the advertising made me believe l was dealing with an Australian company. When l received tracking Company info it appeared they were coming from China. In saying that the order process was simple the tracking info was comprehensive and the order arrived in about 14 working days which was great considering the distance and getting through Customs.

I went against my instincts and ordered the Magic Wipe even though I had read the awful customer reviews, and I’m still waiting for them to arrive, still waiting for customer service to reply to me and my order is ‘not found’ when I track it.

Shocking Customer Service

I always loved their products but my last order never arrived. I have been told it has been sent to the wrong delivery address provided. The name and address is unknown to me and in Australia. Online in the UK. Customer services advise me they can resend me them if I order again and they will give me a 50% discount. Why would I want to pay again for £65 of goods I have never received.
I can accept errors happen. What I can’t accept is myself being asked to pay again for goods I’ve never received that have been sent to an address I have never heard of that I definitely didn’t provide.
I should get my whole order sent to me or a full refund. Neither of which are being offered and all my emails are now being ignored.
I am so disappointed

I ordered in May 2024 still waiting!

I ordered in May 24, for various reasons I forgot about it until they contacted me about issues. Nowhere on their email did it state they were contacting me from Magic Wipe, just the email address itself, so I didn't know if it was a dodgy email. Anyway, assurances of my order to be sent out (November), nothing, I emailed in January, lots of apologies again, assurance of order sent out, emailed again in January (apologies blah, blah) February - abject apologies, systems error, order should be with me in a week.... 3 days yet for them to manage that! Personally I am going for a year anniversary!!! What a total and complete shower they are.

I have already sent the order number but here it is again #8940. It was apparently awaiting clearance in customs in Germany on 18th Feb, tracking number expected 2-3 days, delivery in a week. Naturally I have received neither. I would like a refund, but don't trust them with my details again as they lost my order number and address last year some time I no longer trust them with my bank details.

I got a further email on 3rd March, apologising yet again and as a goodwill gesture they had sorted out a full refund (though as I have never received the items I am not sure why that is seen as goodwill) and they then asked me to remove my review. Of course the refund has never appeared either. Unbelievable company. I am relieved I am only into them for 19.99!

Hopeless company, but good product

I love the wipes - just want to say that up front. I liked them so much after my first order that I went on to order others. The kitchen wipes are ok but not that great, and then I placed another order in December 24 which they claimed to have delivered beginning of January but it simply was not delivered! I have told them this now about a dozen times and they simply are not responding!! Their so called 'customer service' is totally hopeless and have completely ignored my requests to either send out what was ordered again(?) or refund. They are ignoring me now I think! My advice, find an alternative supplier.

So it's now MARCH 25 - after writing this review I was contacted by MagicWipe requesting that they would send out my order if I took down the review. I responded that I would consider revising my review IF I ever got the order that I had paid for. And.... I'm still waiting for the items to be delivered.

Further update - end of march .... at last I hv received my order AND a complete refund. Obviously this isn't an ideal situation but they hv tried hard, eventually, to right wrongs. Again, great product.... please get your delivery and company sorted.

I only give this product 3 stars because there were issues with delivery and initially customer service. This was rectified after some time and I did receive the product. I give the Product 5 stars, excellent at absorbing water and cuts cleaning time in half. I recommend this product.
