Never buy Magix software ever!
Sadly I recently bought a Magix Film Editing Software 2026 product for my brand new all singing all dancing high end Windows 11 PC. I installed it. I turned it on. It loaded it - then the editing screen appeared but resolutely refused to do anything. Nothing. Frozen. So I emailed them - got a standard AI bot which helpfully sent me the instructions in German!!!! Luckliy I do actually speak German (I'm English however and live in London) So I uninstalled it then reinstalled it. Same thing. Nothing, So I emailed asked for a refund. Total silence. No reply.
The reason I got my new computer was the ending of Windows 10 and Bill Gates wanting millions of people to throw perfectly good working computers in the dustbin (wrong specifications to upgrade apparently - so sod you Gates you greedy swine) In addition I upgraded again with Magix to the latest Sony Soundforge 17 software. This too is riddled with faults but nearly works after a fashion and a ridiculous and complicated work around. The older version I had actually worked perfectly but no longer exists hence the program upgrade to the laters. My conclusion is that Magix software doesnt actually work, costs you money and time - so please avoid making my stupid mistake in trusting this dreadful company. You lose hundreds of punds and gain days of frustration. Be warned!
