Great product, but trying to order a custom size was difficult and very very costly, although it was only another 20mm extra width that was needed. Option for delivery costs is non existant, so a set price of $25 NZD is excessive. However item did arrive very quickly, but would have been happy for the option for a cheaper delivery price and longer delivery time.

This was our 3rd set of ranchslider netting we have bought. They work so well, and only changed 1 set due to weathered look and someone put a small rip in one.
The ordering and delivery was faultless, and the product is so easy to install. We can now have our ranchslider in our main deck open all day, and on our upstairs balcony open all day and night, with no flies or mosses getting in.

Quick and easy installation - even when we had to cut it down to size. Simple and so effective.

This is the 6th magnetic screen we've bought from this company. Arrives relatively fast and the quality is much better than the ones from our hardware store (Mitre 10 & Bunnings)

I bought the products more than 4 years ago, recently plastic frame parts started falling apart so reordered the frame parts. I wish I had ordered it after measuring the windows more carefully because it was a bit shorter than I really needed. Otherwise I’m 100% satisfied with the quality of the products. Very quick delivery.

Delivery was much faster than advised and the door screen is great - much better quality than the cheapie purchased recently from a leading local retailer.

Delivery was quick and it arrived well packaged. I ordered enough for 2 windows, but pleasantly surprised that I was able to cover 3 windows quite well. It was quite confusing for us to do the installation the first time, but the instructions made sense after a few errors and repeats. It's working great for us so far and this is so important since our windows open all the way, but we still want to get a bit of air inside but keep the kittens safe at the same time. The Velcro is quite strong (which is probably why it took me a while to finish one screen since they keep sticking haha) and I do believe that the cats won't be able to open them. Loving these so far, and I highly recommend it to other pet owners!

Do not buy from magneticscreen.co.nz. The kits are not 'custom' in any sense, depsite me selecting the 'custom made' selection on their website and being asked for the window measurements. The 'kit' is a sheet of mesh (not cut to size), some magnetic tape and some bad instructions. You can buy these kits in a hardware store or off Trademe for half the price.

The company is located in Thailand (despite plastering the NZ flag all over the website) and if you need to return the product they will make you pay for shipping back to Thailand, meaning returns are prohibitively expensive (they also take a 12.5% fee for returns).

Installation was not difficult but I needed an assistant to keep the mesh square. With hindsight that wasn't a biggie. What I couldn't get my head around was the installation of the 'wind clips' as the directions seemed unclear to me. Otherwise, the installed screens are excellent!

Easy to install and super quick at delivery. So happy with having fresh air flow through without insects coming in they house.

Terrible product and terrible service. They refused a refund for some fly screen repair tape that didn't work and just peeled off the day after application.

Just stopped replying after I tried to chase them up about it.
